This whitewashed villa in the Ibiza style perfectly fits with its surroundings. On the ground floor you will find the comfortable lounge / dining room, perfectly equipped with satellite TV and DVD player, as well as dining facilities. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, etc. There are also two twin bedrooms on this floor. They share a shower-room. An utility area with washing machine and sink completes the ground floor. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms: one of them is a spacious double bedroom with en suite shower-room and a balcony overlooking the pool and terrace; the other one is a nice twin room. Villa has private pool, simply but comfortably furnished, offers the ideal accommodation for a family with small children or a group of young people who want to spend an unforgettable holiday together.  Cala Egos is a great location, with many green areas and with all amenities within easy reach, so a car rental is not really necessary. There´s 2 lovely sandy beaches in the immediate surroundings; Calo d´Es Pou and Cala Egos. The lively centre of Cala Egos is reachable in only 5 minutes walking and offers a variety of bars and restaurants, there´s also a bank and a supermarket for groceries. The beautiful Marina of Cala d´Or is located at only 10 minutes walking and is home to some of the most prestigious yachts. It is lined with great restaurants and is a relaxing place to spend the evening. Cala D′Or is right behind the Marina and is the main resort with chic boutiques, bars and restaurants with national and international cuisine. In Cala d´Or there´s also various sandy coves with crystal clear waters which offer many different water sport activities. The Cala d´Or Tennis Club is located at only 5 min walking. A tourist train is also driving you through the whole resort.
