The accommodation is located in the south-east of the magnificent island of Mallorca, near a small town called Felanitx. Being enclosed and surrounded by nature, there are no neighbors nearby and you can enjoy a quiet and cozy vacation with family or friends. In addition, having the town of Felanitx just a few minutes away, you can find restaurant services, shops and supermarkets to complete your stay. Likewise, in Felanitx every Sunday a market is held where you can find everything from clothes, to animals, and the typical Mallorcan olives. Also, you can enjoy stunning views of Mallorca from the Sanctuary of Sant Salvador, which you can access by car or, if you like to play sports, by bicycle. The best part of the area of the island in which the villa is located is, without a doubt, the wonderful beaches that it offers. For example, the beaches of Portocolom, Cala D’Or and Cales de Mallorca, where you can enjoy beaches with white sand and crystal clear water. In addition, there are other beaches in the area such as Cala Millor, which is full of restaurants, bars, pubs and many more services. Also, the famous natural beach of Es Trenc is about half an hour away by car.
In this beautiful villa with 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms+ 1 WC, you have a capacity of up to 18 people to enjoy a relaxing vacation. In this impressive estate you can enjoy the warm summer sun in the hammocks and cool off in the private pool when it is already hot (12m x 6.5m and a depth between 0.65 and 2.10m). All this in a well-kept garden that offers space to enjoy picnics, sunbathe, play with the family, barbecue, dine outdoors under the stars, and much more.
Es puig des Call is divided into two buildings, a main house and an attached shed. First of all, when entering the main house you can feel welcomed from the first moment by its bright hall with a living-dining room with a fireplace and, next to it, another living room with satellite TV to enjoy a good movie or to read a book. . The beautiful, fully equipped kitchen - with a glass ceramic hob - also has a dining area, to be able to enjoy meals with family or friends in the best way. Finally, there is a toilet in the same area.
On the upper floor, we find two bedrooms and one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Furthermore, on the same floor you can enjoy a bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub. The separate laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Second, the adjoining shed has a living room and 4 bedrooms on the lower floor, and 2 more on the upper floor, each with an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub for perfect comfort and privacy in home. All rooms, both in the main house and in the annex, are equipped with two single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning and multiple exits to terraces, and the living rooms also have air-conditioning. Also, if they come with babies, they have 2 cots and 3 high chairs. And, for the coolness of winter in Mallorca, the whole house has oil central heating.
As you can see, the farm is impressive and was built in 2000 and renovated in 2010. And, for people who do not want to give up sports during the holidays, the villa has a small gym. Finally, you can enjoy exciting table tennis tournaments.
