CANRITO is a 1500 m² property located in the southeast area of ​​Mallorca, in the municipality of Felanitx. It has a very privileged place to be near the most beautiful coasts of the southeast of the island.

We will receive you in this spectacular villa located between the fields of Felanitx composed of two buildings, a beautiful garden and a large pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. Villa CANRITO is for large families or groups of friends up to 20 people who want absolute privacy during their stay on the island. Imagine yourself apart and disconnected from the rest of the world enjoying your vacation among your loved ones or friends. A beautiful swimming pool of 12 mx 6 m X 1.80 m deep, surrounded by a fascinating, well-kept and green lawn-filled garden, many elegant outdoor corners where you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate, an impressive glazed barbecue area, where you can spend moments unforgettable - all this and much more is for you. Also, here you can entertain yourself playing ping-pong before tasting grilled vegetables or pizzas in the wood-fired oven, then chatting on the sofas listening to music from the bottom of satellite television. This space even offers a large kitchen with gas hobs, a bathroom with shower and a large table for 16 people.

The farm has two large buildings, one of them is the main house and the second one is an attached house. Both have been renovated and decorated with exceptional taste, and have a total of 8 bedrooms with air conditioning and 8 bathrooms.

Entering the main house, they find a large living room with comfortable sofas and TV-SAT, followed by a small living room with armchairs, and then two dining rooms, a toilet and a large gas cooker. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms: one of them with two double beds with en suite bathroom with shower cubicle, and another with two single beds together and a small loft with another single bed and a bathroom with shower cubicle in suite room.

We go up the stairs and find a third bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub, and another with two double beds, a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. For two more people we can prepare two extra single beds as well as two cots and two high chairs for two babies.

We have a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and an iron and ironing board.

In the second house we find a cheerful living room with TV with international channels, a bathroom with shower, two rooms with two single beds, and two more with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
