A 15,000 m² villa has recently been renovated into a splendid garden, with lawns, terraces and a beautiful Mediterranean landscape. The path leading to the villa, according to its name, is lined with palm trees. You will find attractive sitting areas in the sun and shade around the house, allowing you to discover many possible favourite spots. The heart of the garden is two swimming pools and the adjacent sunbathing terrace. You can enjoy swimming throughout the day in the large pool, while the little ones can play in the safe children′s pool. Also, you can relax in the high quality hammocks and enjoy the refreshing swim. In case the sun is too intense, there are a total of five sunshades available for your protection. The covered terrace depends on the pool area and the two tables can accommodate up to 16 people. Here, a large and delicious barbecue can be held on a soft family evening. It is a highlight of every holiday. The perspective is simply magnificent.

Upon entering the 500 m² house, you will be greeted by an exceptional aesthetic and a luxurious living environment. You can spread out discreetly and go undisturbed in the living space of this modern and spacious villa.

A very spacious living / dining room offers a huge dining table for 12 people, plus two cozy sofa areas, where you can get a real sense of comfort. On one side of the living room, there is a fireplace and a flat screen TV with satellite connection. Just imagine the cozy evenings by the fireplace watching entertaining TV programs. An additional sofa area on the upper floor offers space, which can be used, for example, when one wants to hold a conversation or read.

The modern kitchen with its cheerful design is fully equipped with everything one could wish for. Next to the refrigerator, cooking oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher and microwave, a coffee machine. The spacious kitchen offers an opportunity for four to six people to share a meal. The rooms are spacious, furnished with high quality furniture and decorated with style. The six double rooms are equipped with private bathrooms with a high quality five star hotel atmosphere. The tasteful design of the marble bathrooms is very modern and comfortable.

The Mallorcan family who own the property also run an excellent restaurant with typical Mallorcan cuisine, which is located in the middle of the land with 6 luxury villas, one of them is the VILLA PALMERAL. The restaurant is called Sa Font de Petra and can be reached by a beautiful path of the island with a 3-4 minute walk. Whenever you don′t feel like cooking, you can comfortably enjoy a delicious meal there, with extraordinary food and impressive views from the elevated terrace. Breakfast service is also available.

For very large travelling groups, we also offer the opportunity to rent this house together with 5 other villas: "Son Perxa" "Sa Pleta", "Son March", "Sa Sinia", "Son Capellet". All the properties are close to each other, but they are totally independent and have a high level of privacy. The 6 surrounding villas have a tennis court and a volleyball field.

On the other hand, if you wish to celebrate a party during your stay, we ask you to let us know in advance. An event could be organised in the owner′s splendid restaurant or a catering service could be set up in the same villa where you will be staying.
