House Can Francisco is a wonderful villa with swimming pool and garden designed in a modern and comfortable style, and located in a privileged place, in front of the Lake “Lago Esperanza” and at 200 meters from the best area of the beach of Alcudia.
This newly built villa is situated in a quiet urbanization. It has direct access to the channels of the lake “Lago Esperanza”. Just at 200 meters we have one of the most beautiful and natural areas of the beautiful beach of Alcudia, the largest sandy beach of the Balearic Islands.
The center of Platja de Muro is at just 300 meters from “Casa Can Francisco” and the center of Puerto de Alcudia at 700 meters. There you will find supermarkets , restaurants , bars , souvenir shops, water parks and many other places that offers recreational activities .

“Can Francisco” is a villa built on two floors. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room overlooking the porch , garden and swimming pool. In the Hall there is a an indoor dining area, a piano, and also an over-sized sofa-area in front of the Flat TV where you will find hundreds of international channels. Also there is WIFI area and Air Conditioning.
At the ground floor there is also a family bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen plenty of light with appliances and breakfast area . From the lounge you can access to the Porch facing the swimming pool where you will find the outdoor sofa area and the outdoor dining area, next to the garden and the private swimming pool, the place where certainly the children will enjoy a lot.
The Swimming pool size is 3,5 x 5,5 meters. There you will find the hammock area and the BBQ. That’s the place where you can enjoy unforgettable evenings .
Between the Kitchen and the Hall there are the stairs that takes you to the first floor where there are 3 bedrooms and a large family bathroom.
The main bedroom has a Queen Size Bed. It is spacious and it has a window that looks at the pool, lake and mountains.
There is a second bedroom with twin beds, looking as well to the swimming pool and mountains.
The third bedroom has two single beds and it looks at the beach area.
On the first floor there is also a family bathroom located outside the rooms .
