Beautiful Villa Uins, located in Pollensa
Crossroads farm between Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicenç. A perfect setting to relax, to spend some time with your family and with a beautiful view on mountains of Pollensa and the Serra de Tramuntana. Near the coves of Cala San Vicente and also close to Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The one-story villa, decorated with Mallorcan stone exterior, reached by a short path. From the esplanade, where there is a shed for the car, you reach the covered terrace. From here, the main entrance directly to the living room. The dining room is spacious and bright, whith a small wooden shack. The three double bedrooms, one with double beds, are spacious, with external light and air conditioning in, one of them with one of the two baths. The covered terrace is spacious with a large table and chairs to enjoy your meals. At the same, a nice barbecue with sink next to it. From the terrace you have direct access to the lawn and pool, beside which is an umbrella made by hand with palms and hammocks overlooking the fruit trees in the rest of the farm. Mallorca is known for its year-round sunshine and if you are after relaxing beaches then Pollenca will not disappoint. East of the town, Puerto Pollensa, offers to travellers to be into the sandy beaches and clear waters while they soak up the sun. The port also offers a number of watersport activities, including kayaking and windsurfing. Visitors could also try out sailing around the coast of the island. With its clear waters, scuba diving and snorkelling are popular activities for visitors to Pollensa as they admire the aquamarine life on offer. Mallorca has a diverse landscape and for those intrepid travellers who want to experience more of the island, trekking through the Tramuntana mountain range is an energetic option - and one that will provide stunning views of the island. If you are a music fan then a good time to visit Pollensa is between July and September, when the annual classical music festival takes place. The event has been running for 40 years and is a great way to experience Spanish culture. Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa also have a weekly market, which may provide a good opportunity to buy souvenirs and gifts to take home while examining the local goods and sampling fresh produce. Both have a number of different restaurants with a variety of food options on offer, providing a perfect place to relax in the evenings after a day enjoying the weather and cultural highlights of the town.
