With its spacious and bright rooms, finca "Can Foguerada " offers a pleasant accommodation for a family or group of friends up to 8 people. A total of three bedrooms, two with a double beds and 1 with 2 single beds, an extra bed can be added on request. The interior is typically Mediterranian with white painted walls and beamed ceilings. The living room with antique stove features a cozy sitting area, TV, satellite and DVD, and also a dining area. At one side of the living room there is the kitchen and pantry, which is simply furnished but provided with all necessary facilities and the utility room has a repository with washing machine. At the other side there´s a dining room with stairs to the first floor, where two of the bedrooms and a bathroom are situated. The other bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor. Through a door from the living room you´ll reach the pool area with sun loungers and parasols. The pool has a brick built barbecue for cozy grill evenings. The finca is surrounded by beautiful hillside, so here you can enjoy absolute peace and privacy.

 Son Negre is located  at just 65km from the Son San Juan airport in Palma and is the ideal starting point for excursions in all directions. The impressive capital "Palma de Mallorca” is just an one hour by car. The most beautiful beach of the island "Es Trenc is located at only 18km, and the popular tourist resort of Porto Colom with its prestigious yacht harbor can be reached after a 20km drive.  The nearest city is Felanitx where you can find all useful amenities. On Sunday, here is also the most important weekly market of the region where you can experience a very authentic Majorcan atmosphere and where you can find local products, fresh fruits, vegetables and fish.
