Rules

- To confirm your reservation, we require a 30% advance payment.

- Upon arrival, guests must pay a deposit of €500 in cash, which will be refunded after the stay, provided the house is left in the agreed condition.
After checking the meter, the deposit will be charged for electricity used (only if agreed at the time of rental).

- Outdoor parking/garage: /not reserved.

- Upon prior request: a baby cot and high chair are provided free of charge.

- Final cleaning is paid separately – €350 (only if agreed at the time of rental).

- Second baby cot – €10 per day.

- Management commission is 6.3%.

- In rooms where an extra bed can be added (and if available), the price is €38 per day (only if agreed at the time of rental).

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

• A few days before arrival, please contact the reception agency to provide your arrival time (flight/ship number, if applicable) and arrange key collection.

• Once at the destination, please call us and go directly to the accommodation or the previously agreed meeting point.

• The reception office will soon contact you to confirm time and place for key collection.

- Arrival outside business hours:
a) The keys will be left in a secure box. Any outstanding amount must be paid the next day to the reception agency;
b) If there is no secure box, arrival outside of hours must be arranged with the agency. A late arrival fee must be paid in cash upon arrival.

- Check-in after 23:00 – €50.00

- If a late check-out is possible, the cost is €60 until 13:00 and €90 until 17:00.

- During low season, check-in and check-out times are flexible. Contact the agency to confirm hours.

ATTENTION!
Since July 2016, the government has implemented a tourism tax (eco-tax):

• €2.20 per night and person for the first 8 days. €1.10 per night/person after that. Not applicable to children under 16.
  This amount must be paid to the agency upon arrival.
