Duplex with with 3 double bedrooms, pool, comfortably furnished, offers the ideal accommodation for a family with small children or a group of young people who want to spend an unforgettable holiday together. The living room has a comfy sitting corner, a spacious dining area, flat screen TV, satellite and DVD. Large French windows let the sunlight in, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The living room, gives out directly to the terrace by the pool. Here, a table with garden chairs for 8 persons offer the ideal setting for a meal together. Around the pool, there´s sun loungers for 6 as well. On the ground floor, we find a practical and fully equipped kitchen and a connecting laundry room and guest toilet. The 3 bedrooms with a double bed (150X2) and 1 bedroom with sofa - bed and baby cot who share another two bathrooms together and a spacious terrace overlooking the pool and a very nice private garden, are located on the first floor. Another terrace offers a large table with garden furniture for an enjoyable meal al-fresco. In the beautiful spacious garden, is inviting to relax or to take a refreshing sunbath during an agreable vacation day. The house has a private parking.

The port of Porto Colom is one of the biggest natural harbours in the area. Here is still a very authentic Majorquin atmosphere, away from mass tourism and you´ll find some of the best restaurants. Porto Colom is also an ideal spot to start several excursions. Nearby is the ′Monasterio de San Salvador′ from where you can enjoy panoramic views over the island. The ′Cuevas del Drach′ are an important place to visit and reachable in 20 min drive. In the port there´s a big offer in water sport activities and pleasure boat trips along the beautiful coastline. The animated tourist area of Cala d´Or with its boutiques, bars and restaurants is also just a few km away. And golf lovers find the famous Vall d´Or 18 hole golf course at 4 km. The nearest beach is Cala Marsal at approximately 1km and the idyllic virgin beach of Cala Sanau with it´s unforgettable atmosphere, bamboo sun-loungers and beach bar is reachable in just 10 min by car. This is the harbour of Felanitx. A quiet fishing place in Majorca´s southeast and one of the largest natural harbours of the island, refuge for countless boats looking for calm waters in the summer. An ideal place for those who like the charm of a fishing harbour.

Portocolom, where development has left its charm as a fishing port untouched, and which still reflects a delightful maritime air in its picturesque corners. Its lighthouse, built in 1860, 42 m. above sea level, enhances the beauty of this great Mediterranean port even more.

The seafaring spirit of the place, its traditional artisan work, its close attachment to the land, its local dances and its regional cuisine continue still as the signs of identity of a Mediterranean town as many faceted, imperishable and different as its daily life.Prehistoric relics, hidden coves, charming villages and above all its friendly people who retain the beauty of the Mallorcan spirit within them.

The Felanitx coastline has very many unspoilt heavenly coves of exceptional beauty. The most extensive is Cala Marçal which has every type of amenity. S´Arenal, close by the lighthouse, is smaller. The remainder of its coves, of difficult access, may be reached by boats which make the trip from the Port.

The town is divided in two parts; the old town area around the port and the other part is the touristic area which offers a good supermarket, shops and some excellent local bars and restaurants.

Apart from being a fishingport, we also find the sailing club of “Club Nàutic de Porto Colom” here, where many pleasure boats start there trips along the coast

Rules

- To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30%. 

- Upon arrival customers will make a payment of 300€ in cash, as a deposit that will be refunded upon completion of the stay should the customer have left the house on the agreed terms.

*After checking the meter, the deposit will be charged for the electricity used (only if agreed at the time of rental)

-  The price of electricity to be paid separately - 10€ per day.

- The final cleaning is to be paid separately - 195 euros.

- In those rooms where you can put an extra bed and whenever it is possible, the price will be 28 euros per day.

- 1 cot and high chair are free of charge.

- Second unit of cradle - 10 euros per day.

 

Additional Notes:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (no flight / boat if applicable) and organize the collection of keys.

- Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by phone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.

- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place for collecting the keys.

- Arrival after hours:

a) The keys will be left in a safe deposit box. The remaining amount must be paid the next day to the reception agency;

b) In the case that there is no safe deposit box, arrange arrival after hours with the agency. The penalty for late arrival in cash at the time of arrival must be paid.

- Check in after 23.00 - 30.00 euros.

- If a late departure is possible, whenever possible, the cost of the extension until 13:00 will be 50 euros and 90 euros before 17:00.

- In low season the time of entry and exit are flexible. Contact the agency to specify the hours.

 

*ATTENTION!

Since July 2016, the government has implanted an Eco-tax to tourism.

- € 2,20 per night and per person first 8 days. The following days - € 1.10 per person per night. Not applicable for children under 16 years. 

- This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival.

House is fully equipped and has all you need to cook up a storm. Both the inside and outside area easily welcomes eight persons.

    Beautiful property, superbly equipped. It has absolutely everything you need so you only need to pack your clothes. Even toys for the kids! Wonderful swimming pool and terrace at the back, with BBQ. The only thing that could be better is the location. Portocolom is not very child friendly, so we drove by car to other resorts such as Cala D’or (15mins drive) to eat out. Apart from that everything was fantastic and this was the perfect family haven for a special holiday.

    Майорка-действительно, рай на земле. Прошлым летом отдыхала там со своим другом, и благодаря Светлане, и её сайту, действительно чувствовала себя как дома. Забыла совсем о преграде незнания языка. Даже в ресторане на ужине, позвонила Светлане, и она помогла выбрать ужин и чувствовать себя комфортно. Море как село, множество разных пляжей, и много разных развлечений для любителей разнообразного отдыха! :)Встретили нас, объяснили, помогли во всем. Даже машину в аренду сняли, так как мы хотели посмотреть и другие пляжи. Ощущения были, как будто мы побывали зразу в разных странах! :) Если вы хотите качественно отдохнуть, то обращайтесь. Подобрали нам жильё по нашим возможностям, и за уборку я на эти дни забыла. Очень хорошие и отзывчивые люди. Этим летом планируем поехать опять. Спасибо большое Светлане, и её работе!
