The accommodation is ideal for those who wish to spend a relaxing holiday with children, where water lovers will not miss a swimming pool. Also, for couples, friends. It is a quiet place, so relax with the whole family! And also very close to the beach Cala Gran (Cala D′or).

Flat  is modern, bright. It has a living-dining room and an open kitchen, very well equipped with everything you need to cook and feel at home. The flat has been completely renovated and refurbished. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, bathroom with shower, terrace and access to the pool and patio. Maximum capacity up to 4 people. There is Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV. Bed linen and towels are included in the price and can be used in the accommodation area. Cot, bed linen and high chair can be provided on request.

This is the ideal place for families with children and people of all ages looking for a quiet holiday.

Currently Cala D′OR covers an area of over 4km consisting of three main areas: the town centre of Cala d′Or, Cala Egos and Cala Ferrera. A mini tourist road train runs between the different areas of the town and the beaches. You can also take the mini train to the charming harbour of Porto Petro.

The focal point of the town centre is the pedestrianised area of Cala Gran, which has a varied selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Here you will also find a number of lively bars and clubs.

The "Club Nàutic de Cala d′Or" is situated in the harbour of the cove of Cala Llonga, which extends more than 1 kilometre into the island and is also better known as the "Marina de Cala d′Or". Here many prestigious luxury yachts have found their homes and many pleasure boat trips depart from here. The harbour is also home to some delicious fish restaurants.

Rules

- To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30%. 

- Upon arrival customers will make a payment of 300€ in cash, as a deposit that will be refunded upon completion of the stay should the customer have left the house on the agreed terms.

*After checking the meter, the deposit will be charged for the electricity used (only if agreed at the time of rental)

- The final cleaning is to be paid separately - 95€.

- In those rooms where you can put an extra bed and whenever it is possible, the price will be 28 euros per day.

- 1 cot and high chair are free of charge.

Additional Notes:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (no flight / boat if applicable) and organize the collection of keys.

- Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by phone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.

- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place for collecting the keys.

- Arrival after hours:

a) The keys will be left in a safe deposit box. The remaining amount must be paid the next day to the reception agency;

b) In the case that there is no safe deposit box, arrange arrival after hours with the agency. The penalty for late arrival in cash at the time of arrival must be paid.

- Check in after 23.00 - 30.00 euros.

- If a late departure is possible, whenever possible, the cost of the extension until 13:00 will be 50 euros and 90 euros before 17:00.

- In low season the time of entry and exit are flexible. Contact the agency to specify the hours .

*ATTENTION!

Since July 2016, the government has implanted an Eco-tax to tourism.

- € 2,20 per night and per person first 8 days. The following days - € 1.10 per person per night. Not applicable for children under 16 years. 

- This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival.

    Lovely accommodation, clean and has everything you need. Pool was lovely and quiet during the day. Apartment felt safe and everything was walkable distance. Only downside is instructions on how to access the property weren’t sent to us prior to our arrival. However, still a great experience!
