Rules

To confirm the reservation, a 30% advance payment of the total amount is required.

Upon arrival, guests must pay a €300 cash security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided that the accommodation is returned in the same condition in which it was received and there are no damages, breakages or outstanding charges.

Where previously agreed, the cost of electricity consumption may be deducted from the deposit after checking the meter.

The final cleaning has an additional cost of €190, only when specified in the booking conditions.

The management fee is 6.3%.

Outdoor or garage parking, when available at the booked accommodation, may be used without prior reservation.

Cots, high chairs and extra beds

One baby cot and one high chair are provided free of charge, upon prior request.

A second baby cot is available for €10 per day.

In bedrooms where it is possible to add an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost is €38 per day.

Arrival and key collection

15 days before arrival, guests must contact the reception agency to provide their estimated arrival time, including the flight or ferry number, which is mandatory, and to arrange the key collection.

Upon arrival at the destination, guests must send an SMS or WhatsApp message to +34 638 45 51 58 and proceed directly to the accommodation or to the previously agreed meeting point.

The keys will be left in a security key box, unless another method of key collection has been agreed.

If there is any outstanding amount to be paid, it must be settled the following day directly with the reception agency, unless another payment arrangement has been agreed in advance.

All necessary information regarding the stay will be available in the application provided by SM Holiday Properties.

Online check-in and guest registration

The agency will send a link to complete the online check-in before arrival.

Guests must enter the requested information, provide the necessary identification documents and complete the corresponding electronic signature.

This procedure is mandatory in order to correctly complete the guest registration with the Spanish Ministry of the Interior through the HOSPEDAJES platform, in accordance with current regulations.

Arrivals and departures outside standard hours

For in-person check-ins after 23:00, an additional charge of €50 will apply.

For late check-out, always subject to availability:

• Until 13:00: €60

• Until 17:00: €90

During the low season, check-in and check-out times may be more flexible, subject to prior consultation and confirmation by the agency.

Tourist Tax – Ecotax

In accordance with the tourism regulations of the Balearic Islands, guests are required to pay the applicable Tourist Stay Tax (Ecotax).

The amount applicable to this accommodation is:

• €2.20 per person per night for the first 8 days.

• €1.10 per person per night from the ninth day onwards.

• Children under 16 years of age are exempt.

The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price, unless expressly stated otherwise, and must be paid to the reception agency upon arrival.
