Renovated Villa Ses Rotes at Cala Sa Nau Beach, Mallorca

Beautifully renovated finca Ses Rotes is located just 500 meters from the beautiful white sand beach of Cala Sa Nau and 1.7 km from the paradisiacal Cala Mitjana beach. It is situated in a peaceful area surrounded by pure nature.

The house is a single-story building with a maximum capacity of 6 people. It is furnished in a modern style, having been recently renovated. It is perfect for spending pleasant days with family or friends, taking advantage of the tranquility of the area, and disconnecting from the world. The house covers 120 m² and has all the necessary amenities to enjoy a special holiday.

The finca has a total of three bedrooms: one with two single beds, another with a double bed, and a third with a double bed and a balcony. There are two bathrooms, one en suite with a corner bath and separate shower, and the other with a traditional bathtub.

The living-dining room is very spacious, with a fireplace and spectacular views of nature from the window. The kitchen is open and fully equipped with all appliances. There is direct access to the terrace from the living room.

The private outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired: a well-maintained garden with lawn, Mediterranean plants, and trees; terraces (both open and covered), a pool, an outdoor shower, and a beautiful barbecue hut with a table and chairs to enjoy wonderful dinners with a glass of wine and candles. Undoubtedly, it is the ideal place to disconnect and forget the stress of daily life.

For fun and enjoyment with family or friends, there is a ping-pong table available, where you can enjoy hours of fun.

Just 5 minutes by car you will reach the centre of Cala Ferrera where you will find some shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The tourist centre of Cala D′Or is about 3 km away and offers a pedestrian zone with a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars with live music, shops and boutiques.

The beautiful beach of Cala Sa Nau is only a 2 minute walk away. And the sandy beach of Cala Ferrera is about 3.3 km away.

Rules

Holiday Rental Terms and Conditions in Mallorca – SM Holiday Properties

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. Upon arrival, guests must provide a cash security deposit of €500, which will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided the property is returned in the agreed condition. If previously arranged, the cost of electricity consumption will be deducted from the deposit after verifying the meter.

A final cleaning fee of €250 applies only if specified at the time of booking. A 6.3% management commission also applies. Outdoor parking or garage parking is available without prior reservation.

A cot and high chair are provided free of charge upon request. A second cot is available for €10 per day. In rooms where an extra bed can be added and is available, the cost is €38 per day.

15 days before arrival, guests must contact the reception agency to provide their estimated arrival time (flight or ferry number, if applicable) and arrange the key handover. Upon arrival on the island, please send an SMS or WhatsApp message to +34 638 45 51 58 and proceed directly to the accommodation or to the previously agreed meeting point.

The reception office will send a link to complete the online check-in, where you must fill in your personal details, scan your passport and sign electronically. This information is mandatory to comply with the Ministry of Interior’s regulations through the HOSPEDAJES registration platform.

Keys will be left in a secure lockbox. If any outstanding balance remains, it must be paid the following day directly to the reception agency. All information related to your stay will be available in the SM Holiday Properties app.

A late check-in fee of €50 applies to arrivals after 23:00. For late check-out, if available, the fee is €60 until 13:00 and €90 until 17:00. During the low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible, subject to prior arrangement with the agency.

Since July 2016, the regional government applies a tourist tax (eco-tax) of €2.20 per person per night during the first eight nights, and €1.10 from the ninth night onward. This tax does not apply to children under 16 and must be paid to the agency upon arrival.
