Rules

Booking and Stay Conditions at Villa “Entre Pinos” – Vacation Rental in Mallorca

Booking Deposit:
To confirm your reservation at Villa Entre Pinos, a 30% deposit is required.

Security Deposit:
Upon arrival, guests must pay a €600 cash deposit, refundable at the end of the stay if the villa is left in proper condition.

Electricity Consumption:
Electricity will be charged according to the meter reading (only if agreed during booking).

Final Cleaning:
The final cleaning costs €300 and is paid separately. The villa will be delivered clean and ready to enjoy.

Parking:
Outdoor parking and private garage available, no prior reservation required.

Family and Child Facilities

  • One crib and high chair are provided free of charge upon request.

  • Second crib: €15 per day.

  • Extra bed: €38 per day (subject to availability).

Management Fee: 6.3%.

Arrival Instructions

  • Contact the reception agency a few days before arrival to confirm arrival time, flight/boat number, and key collection.

  • Upon arrival, contact the agency by phone and proceed directly to the villa or agreed meeting point.

  • The reception office will provide exact details for key collection.

Late Check-in / Check-out:

  • Check-in after 23:00: €50

  • Check-out until 13:00: €60

  • Check-out until 17:00: €90

Low Season Flexibility: Flexible check-in/out; contact agency.

Tourism Tax (Ecotax)

Since July 2016, Mallorca has a tourist tax:

  • €2.20 per person/night (first 8 nights)

  • €1.10 per person/night (from 9th night)
    Children under 16 are exempt. Payable at check-in.
