House Bessi on the beach is an incredible open sea villa holiday with spectacular views of the Mediterranean dream.

This magnificent property boasts an elegant outdoor pool with comfortable deck chairs and sun loungers, table tennis and barbecue to enjoy a unique holiday.

Housing more than 300 square meters and can accommodate up to 8 people, has a garage for a car, a spacious living room with access to the terrace and magical views. This large room with an elegant and nice furnishings interior has an area of comfortable sofas and TV and a dining area from which you can also access the outdoor dining outdoors on the terrace with a corner coffee and reading annexed. The living room is also located next to a bright and spacious fully equipped kitchen design, also with access to the fabulous terrace.

This holiday villa displays a sober, elegant and warm design. The property has four large, bright rooms with beautiful views and nice furniture. The house on the first floor with the Main Double Bedroom, king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) with bathroom en suite and large terrace of 20 square meters overlooking the sea, the Double Bedroom, also with a large bed (180 x 200 cm) and access to the same terrace and Twin Bedroom with two beds (80 x 190 cm) and a private terrace. On the second floor are the fourth of the rooms: the Twin Bedroom with two trundle beds (80 x 180 cm). All rooms have air conditioning and heating.

The bathrooms of the house are another example of elegance. On the first floor of the villa we find the family bathroom  with bath and shower and en suite Bathroom in the Double Bedroom with spacious shower. The house has a third family bathroom on the second floor.

Located just 250 meters from the picturesque and beautiful beaches of sand and rock and turquoise clear waters of Alcanada and just 500 meters from Alcanada Golf Club, House Bessi on the beach is perfect for sea lovers and practice of this sport. This is one of the best golf courses in the world. So much so that the 1000 Rolex Top golf clubs list includes it and scored 80 of 100 possible points. In fact, this golf course has been chosen four times as the best in Europe; 18-hole course designed by Robert Trent opened in 2003 is the only one located by the sea. It has a 400 year old farmhouse is the clubhouse, a driving range covered, golf school and short game area. Its par is 72 and the length 6,499 meters. 

The villa Bessi is also located just 2 km from the charming town of Alcudia, whose name combines the Arabic and Roman footprint. Located near the Serra de Tramuntana, Alcúdia has his back to the rural Majorca, feet the waters of two bays, the north of Pollença and Alcúdia east.

A row of orange mark the route of the main streets, Carrer Moll and Main Street. These streets are home to small jewelery shops, shoe stores, clothing stores, bars, restaurants ... Many of these establishments are housed in large houses built centuries ago, small and peaceful squares.
