The villa boasts 220 m² of cozy and fully equipped space with views of the garden and private pool. Villa Alzina can accommodate up to 9 guests and has 5 bedrooms, providing the perfect comfort for families or groups of friends.

  • Ground Floor: Spacious living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, a complete bathroom, and a storage room ideal for luggage or baby equipment.

  • Upper Floor: Four additional bedrooms (three doubles and one single with a 90x190 cm bed) and two complete bathrooms, including an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

Kitchen and Dining Room

The independent kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances: microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer. From the kitchen, there is access to a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool.

Outdoor Area and Pool

The villa features a spacious covered terrace with seating for 10 people, equipped with two large tables, chairs, and a comfortable living area with sofas. Outside, the private pool (4x7.5x180 cm) is the ideal place to relax, with a lounge area, sunbeds, and a bathroom with toilet and shower.

The barbecue area has a height-adjustable grill, perfect for outdoor dining. There is also an open terrace around the pool, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing while enjoying the Mediterranean breeze and panoramic sea views.

Holiday Rental Terms and Conditions in Mallorca

SM Holiday Properties

Booking and payments

To confirm your holiday rental booking, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required.
Upon arrival, guests must provide a €500 security deposit in cash, which will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided the property is returned in good condition.
If previously agreed, electricity consumption will be deducted from the deposit after checking the meter.

Cleaning, fees and additional services

The final cleaning costs €250, only if specified at the time of booking.
The management fee is 6.3%.
Outdoor or garage parking is available without prior reservation.

A baby cot and high chair are provided free of charge upon request.
A second cot is available for €10 per day.
Where available, an extra bed can be added at a cost of €38 per day.

Arrival and key collection

At least 15 days prior to arrival, guests must contact the reception agency to provide the estimated arrival time (flight or ferry number, if applicable) and arrange key collection.
On the day of arrival, please send an SMS or WhatsApp to +34 638 45 51 58 and proceed directly to the property or the previously agreed meeting point.

Online check-in and legal registration

The reception office will send a link to complete the online check-in, where guests must enter personal details, scan their passport, and sign electronically.
This information is mandatory to comply with the registration requirements of the Spanish Ministry of the Interior via the HOSPEDAJES platform.

Property access

The keys will be available in a key safe.
Any outstanding amounts must be paid the following day directly to the reception agency.
All information related to your stay will be available in the SM Holiday Properties app.

Times and supplements

Check-ins after 11:00 p.m. incur a €50 surcharge.
Late check-out, subject to availability, costs:

  • €60 until 1:00 p.m.

  • €90 until 5:00 p.m.

During the low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible upon request.

Tourist tax (Eco-tax)

Since July 2016, the Balearic Government applies a tourist tax of:

  • €2.20 per person per night for the first 8 nights

  • €1.10 per person per night from the 9th night onwards

This tax does not apply to children under 16 and must be paid to the agency upon arrival.
