The exclusive Espiga Gran villa features 6 double bedrooms, a large saltwater pool, and a solar heating system. Its mosaic design in turquoise seamlessly blends with the beautiful garden surrounded by pine and olive trees, while the spacious terraces are perfect for a relaxing and comfortable vacation with family and friends.

A private path leads to the house. Upon entry, a sturdy solid wood door leads to a cozy, spacious living room with a fireplace, accompanied by a comfortable TV area and a designated dining space. On the other side, there′s a modern fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, electric oven, and another spacious dining area. In the garden, there′s an outdoor lounging area.

The main house accommodates 5 double bedrooms, and additionally, there′s 1 extra double bedroom with a private bathroom in an adjacent building. The first bedroom in the main house offers an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi and is located on the ground floor. In total there are 6 bathrooms and 2 toilets - one of them located outside next to the pool.

The living room features satellite TV, and every room is equipped with air conditioning. Both the living room and kitchen have direct access to a terrace offering views of the garden and pool, surrounded by pine and olive trees. This is the perfect spot for outdoor dining and engaging in outdoor activities.

The pool area is furnished with comfortable loungers and umbrellas, while next to the barbecue on the terrace, there′s a brick table ideal for enjoying grilled meals together.

The house sits on a 17,000 square meter plot, in a privileged location between s′Horta, a typical Mallorcan village, and the picturesque fishing port of Porto Colom. The vibrant tourist center of Cala d′Or, with its numerous shops, restaurants, and bars, is just 6 km away. The beautiful Cala Sanau beach, with its relaxed atmosphere, a cozy beach bar, and bamboo loungers, is also just a few minutes away. Additionally, in Cala d′Or, there are many other small bays with white sandy beaches for sunbathing or enjoying water sports.

Rules

 

To confirm your booking, we ask for a deposit of 50%.

- On arrival the guests will make a payment of 1000 € in cash as a deposit, which will be returned to them at the end of their stay and provided that they have left the house in the agreed conditions.

*After checking the meter, the deposit will be charged for electricity used (only if agreed at the time of rental).

- Final cleaning to be paid separately - 400 euros.

- Outdoor parking/garage: / without reservation.

- On request: 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are provided free of charger.

- Heating - 60€ per day.

- IN JULY AND AUGUST CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT DAYS - SATURDAYS.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) and arrange key collection.

- Once you have arrived at your destination, please contact us by telephone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.

- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place of key collection.

- Arrival outside opening hours:

a) The keys will be left in a safety deposit box. 

) In case there is no safety deposit box, please arrange late arrival with the agency. Late arrival penalty to be paid in cash on arrival.

- Check-in after 23.00 - 30.00 Euro.

- If a late check-out is possible, whenever possible, the cost of the extension until 13:00 will be 50 euros and 90 euros before 17:00.

- In low season the check-in and check-out times are flexible. Please contact the agency to arrange the times.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Parties and events are not allowed.

- No noise is allowed after 23:00.

*ATTENTION!

Since July 2016, the government has introduced a tourist tax (ecotassa).

- 2,20 € per night and per person for the first 8 days. For the following days, €1.10 per night per person. Not applicable to children under 16 years of age.

- This amount must be paid to the agency at the time of arrival.

    Die Finca war toll für mehrere Familien, tolle Poollandschaft und super gelegen mit netten Orten, Strand und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Einzig waren wir nicht zufrieden weil anfangs 7 Zimmer verkauft wurden und wir aber dann nur 6 bekommen konnten und das Ohne Nachlass im Preis!
