  • Ground floor or penthouse units have 20 m² terraces suitable for installing a cabinet

  • 5 m long parking spaces can accommodate a metal cage

  • Portable storage modules can be placed in ground-floor units

Do bathrooms in blocks 13 and 14 have exterior windows?
In Block 13, all bathrooms are interior and do not have exterior windows due to lack of facade.
