The 15,000 m² villa has been recently renovated to become a splendid garden, with lawns, terraces and a beautiful Mediterranean landscape. The road that leads to the village, according to its name, is lined with palm trees. You will find attractive areas to sit in the sun and in the shade around the house, which will allow you to discover many possible favorite places. The heart of the garden are two swimming pools and the terrace for sunbathing adjacent. You can enjoy swimming throughout the day in the large pool, while the little ones can play in the safe children′s pool. Also, you can relax in the hammocks of high quality and savor the refreshing bath. In the event that the sun is too intense, there are a total of five umbrellas available for your protection. The covered terrace depends on the pool area and the two tables can accommodate up to 16 people. Here, a great and delicious barbecue can be carried out on a family and soft evening. It is a highlight of all the holidays. The perspective is simply magnificent.

Upon entering the 500 m² house, you will be greeted by an exceptional aesthetic and a luxurious living environment. It can be discreetly extended and go without being disturbed in the living space of this modern and spacious villa.

  A very spacious living / dining room offers a huge dining table for 12 people, plus two cozy sofa areas, where you can get a real sense of comfort. On one side of the living room, there is a fireplace and a flat screen TV with satellite connection. Just imagine the cozy nights by the fireplace watching entertaining TV shows. An additional sofa area on the upper floor offers space, which can be used, for example, when one wishes to have a conversation or read. The modern cheerful design kitchen is fully equipped with everything one could wish for. Next to the fridge, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave, a coffee maker. The spaciousness of the kitchen offers an opportunity to share a meal between four and six people. The rooms are spacious, furnished with high quality furniture and decorated with style. The six double rooms are equipped with private bathroom with a high quality five star hotel atmosphere. The tasteful design in the marble bathrooms and presenting a very modern and comfortable style.

The ground floor houses the kitchen, the utility room, the living-dining room with fireplace, a toilette and two double bedrooms. The bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms (each has a tub and shower). The living-dining room leads out to a porch.

There are two double bedrooms and two suites on the first floor with four ensuite bathrooms (bath tub and shower). Every suite has a private living room . Bedrooms and suites of the first floor lead out to a terrace.

All bedrooms and suites have single beds.

The house has wifi in the living room, air conditioning cold and heat, there is covered parking.

 The Mallorcan family that owns the farm also manages an excellent restaurant with typical Mallorcan cuisine, which is located in the middle of the land with 6 luxury villas, one of which is the VILLA PALMERAL. The restaurant is called Sa Font de Petra and can be accessed by a beautiful footpath of the island with a 3-4 minute walk. Whenever you do not feel like cooking, you can comfortably enjoy a delicious meal there, with an extraordinary meal and stunning views from the elevated terrace. Breakfast service is also offered.

For very large touring groups, we also offer the opportunity to rent this house together with other villas: "Son Perxa", "Sa Pleta", "Son March", "Sa Sinia", "Son Capellet". All the properties are close to each other, but they are totally independent and have a high level of privacy. The 6 surrounding villas have a tennis court and a volleyball field.

On the other hand, if you want to celebrate a party during your stay, we ask you to let us know in advance. You could organize an event in the splendid restaurant of the owner or set up a catering in the same villa where you will be staying.
