All bedrooms are equipped with 0.90 x 2.00 m beds, and the bathrooms are tastefully designed and very comfortable.

Additionally, Villa "Marilla" offers a playroom for children, furnished with child-sized furniture and an additional sofa, creating an ideal space for play and family fun. The kitchen is fully equipped for daily needs, ensuring nothing is lacking during your stay.

Portocolom is a charming fishing port in Felanitx, known for being one of the largest natural harbors in Mallorca. Rules

Booking Conditions

  1. Deposit: To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required.

  2. Security Deposit: Upon arrival, tenants must make a cash payment of €800 as a security deposit. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided the property is returned in the agreed condition.

    • Note: After checking the meter, the cost of the electricity used will be charged (only if agreed at the time of rental).
  3. Final Cleaning: The final cleaning fee is €300 for reservations of less than 5 days.

  4. Parking: Outdoor parking/garage is available without prior reservation.

  5. Crib and High Chair: Upon prior request, one crib and one high chair will be provided free of charge.

    • Additional Crib: The second crib will incur a cost of €10 per day.
    • Extra Bed: In rooms where an extra bed can be added (subject to availability), the cost will be €28 per day (only if agreed at the time of rental).

Additional Notes:

  • Arrival Confirmation: A few days before your arrival, please contact the reception agency to inform them of your arrival time (flight/boat number) and arrange key collection.

  • Arrival Instructions: Once at the destination, please contact us by phone and proceed directly to the accommodation or the previously arranged meeting point.

  • Key Collection: The reception office will contact you to inform you of the time and place for key collection.

  • Arrival Outside of Office Hours:
    a) Keys will be left in a safe box. Any remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid to the reception agency the next day.
    b) If there is no safe box, please arrange an out-of-hours arrival with the agency. A late arrival penalty must be paid in cash upon arrival.

  • Late Check-in Fee:

    • Check-in after 23:00: €30.
    • If late check-out is possible: until 13:00: €50; until 17:00: €90. During low season, check-in and check-out times are flexible; please contact the agency to confirm times.

Important Notice:

Since July 2016, the government has implemented a tourist tax (eco tax):

  • €2.20 per night per person for the first 8 days. After the eighth day, €1.10 per night per person. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years.
  • This amount must be paid to the agency upon arrival.

    Beautiful location, beautiful property. 20 minute slow walk to the shops and restaurants and beach.

    Information was sent through a few days before with information about key safe at property and the code sent on the day as stated. All went smoothly. Property is beautiful, looks directly into the bay. Short walk to bus if needed which goes regularly to Cala d’or. Paddleboard/diving/kayak hire nearby. Property team were excellent, very helpful and responsive. We had a late return flight so they helped us store bags at office and even loaded them onto the taxi which was so helpful with small children. Highly recommend property and the property team.

    Wir waren in den Osterferien hier und hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Die Finca ist wirklich toll und hat eine Traumlage direkt am Hafenbecken mit einem tollen Blick. Es ist alles vorhanden - von Waschmaschine über Bügelbrett zum Toaster. Wirklich empfehlenswert:-)
