Villa "Marilla" is a large and very modern holiday home in a top location, by the harbour of Portocolom. It is positioned on the south eastern part of Mallorca.

This modern villa with many sunbathing terraces and balconies, offering a fantastic view of the sea and the harbour of Portocolom. The beautiful pool has a fence to safeguard small children. In addition, it works as a hedge to ensure privacy of family. Exist a sunbathing terrace, as well as the lawn, invite to lavishly relax and sunbathe on one of the comfortable loungers.

Sunshades are available in the event the sun is too harsh. The terrace directly by the pool offers airy shade at any time of the day and a modern dining table. Either way, it is a pleasure to begin the day with the morning light or see off the sparkling lights of the harbour at night. Right at the corner of villa  is the magnificent lounge area, where one can chill-out as one pleases and enjoy the magic of this place. The predominantly white color displaying a fabulous contrast with the deep blue sky and the sea.

The building extends over two floors and occupies a total surface area of around 300 square metres. The numerous windows flood the house with sunlight. A combined living/dining room, oriented towards the harbour, offers at the same time a highly comfortable sofa area with TV together with a long dining table which seats 8 people. 

An additional recreation room, intended to be child, with are child-size furniture and an additional sofa to relax on. This space is an ideal playing room, where can retreat with the small ones as needed. 

The kitchen has everything you need for your day-to-day living. The air-conditioned bedrooms (two of which are fitted with an en-suite bathroom) are spaciously laid out, fitted with high-quality furniture and display a very elegant design.

The sea views, visible also from the bedrooms, makes this place unforgettable. All bedrooms have two 0.90 x 2.00 m beds available. The tasteful design is into the bathrooms as well with modern design, are very comfortable and spaciously laid out. And beautiful sea views also can be enjoyed from bathrooms!

This is the harbour of Felanitx. A quiet fishing place in Majorca´s southeast and one of the largest natural harbours of the island, refuge for countless boats looking for calm waters in the summer. An ideal place for those who like the charm of a fishing harbour.

Portocolom, where development has left its charm as a fishing port untouched, and which still reflects a delightful maritime air in its picturesque corners. Its lighthouse, built in 1860, 42 m. above sea level, enhances the beauty of this great Mediterranean port even more.

The seafaring spirit of the place, its traditional artisan work, its close attachment to the land, its local dances and its regional cuisine continue still as the signs of identity of a Mediterranean town as many faceted, imperishable and different as its daily life.Prehistoric relics, hidden coves, charming villages and above all its friendly people who retain the beauty of the Mallorcan spirit within them.

The Felanitx coastline has very many unspoilt heavenly coves of exceptional beauty. The most extensive is Cala Marçal which has every type of amenity. S´Arenal, close by the lighthouse, is smaller. The remainder of its coves, of difficult access, may be reached by boats which make the trip from the Port.

The town is divided in two parts; the old town area around the port and the other part is the touristic area which offers a good supermarket, shops and some excellent local bars and restaurants.

Apart from being a fishingport, we also find the sailing club of “Club Nàutic de Porto Colomhere, where many pleasure boats start there trips along the coast.

- To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 50%. 

- Upon arrival customers will make a payment of 800€ in cash, as a deposit that will be refunded upon completion of the stay should the customer have left the house on the agreed terms.

- The final cleaning is paid separately for bookings of less than 5 days - 300 euros.

*After checking the meter, the deposit will be charged for the electricity used (only if agreed at the time of rental)

- In those rooms where you can put an extra bed and whenever it is possible, the price will be 28 euros per day.

- 1 cot and high chair are free of charge.

- Second unit of cradle - 10 euros per day.

Additional Notes:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (no flight / boat if applicable) and organize the collection of keys.

- Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by phone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.

- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place for collecting the keys.

- Arrival after hours:

a) The keys will be left in a safe deposit box. The remaining amount must be paid the next day to the reception agency;

b) In the case that there is no safe deposit box, arrange arrival after hours with the agency. The penalty for late arrival in cash at the time of arrival must be paid.

- Check in after 23.00 - 30.00 euros.

- If a late departure is possible, whenever possible, the cost of the extension until 13:00 will be 50 euros and 90 euros before 17:00.

- In low season the time of entry and exit are flexible. Contact the agency to specify the hours.



Since July 2016, the government has implanted an Eco-tax to tourism.

- € 2,20 per night and per person first 8 days. The following days - € 1.10 per person per night. Not applicable for children under 16 years. 

- This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival.

    Beautiful location, beautiful property. 20 minute slow walk to the shops and restaurants and beach.

    Information was sent through a few days before with information about key safe at property and the code sent on the day as stated. All went smoothly. Property is beautiful, looks directly into the bay. Short walk to bus if needed which goes regularly to Cala d’or. Paddleboard/diving/kayak hire nearby. Property team were excellent, very helpful and responsive. We had a late return flight so they helped us store bags at office and even loaded them onto the taxi which was so helpful with small children. Highly recommend property and the property team.

    Wir waren in den Osterferien hier und hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Die Finca ist wirklich toll und hat eine Traumlage direkt am Hafenbecken mit einem tollen Blick. Es ist alles vorhanden - von Waschmaschine über Bügelbrett zum Toaster. Wirklich empfehlenswert:-)
