Recently renovated and refurbished, the apartment offers two bedrooms, each with double beds, a bathroom with shower, a terrace, and direct access to the pool and courtyard. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and satellite TV. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a cot, crib bedding, and high chair are available upon request.

Just 100 meters away, you’ll find a pedestrian area with various restaurants, bars, supermarkets, souvenir shops, and attractions.

Rental Terms | SM Holiday Properties (Mallorca)

Booking & Payment

To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required.
Upon arrival, a €500 cash security deposit must be provided. It will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided the property is returned in good condition.
If previously agreed, electricity consumption will be deducted from the deposit based on meter reading.

Cleaning & Fees

  • Final cleaning: €120 (only if selected during booking)

  • Administration fee: 6.3%

  • Parking: Outdoor and garage parking available without reservation

Families & Extras

  • Baby cot + highchair: free on request

  • Second baby cot: €10/day

  • Extra bed (if available): €38/day


Before Your Arrival

Please contact the reception agency at least 15 days before arrival to confirm your arrival time (with flight or ferry number, if applicable) and to arrange key collection.

Upon landing in Mallorca, send an SMS/WhatsApp to +34 638 45 51 58 and go directly to the property or agreed meeting point.

You’ll receive a link for Online Check-In, where you can enter your details, scan your passport, and sign electronically—required by the Spanish Ministry of Interior (HOSPEDAJES platform).

Keys are stored in a secured key box. Any pending payments must be settled the following day at the agency.

  • Late Check-In after 23:00€50 surcharge

  • Late Check-Out (subject to availability):

    • Until 13:00 → €60

    • Until 17:00 → €90

During low season, check-in/out hours can be flexible.


Eco-Tax (Tourist Tax)

Balearic Islands Eco-Tax:

  • €2.20 per person/night (first 8 nights)

  • €1.10 per person/night (from the 9th night)
    Guests under 16 years old are exempt.
    The tax is paid upon arrival.

    Great apartment with all the amenities you could need within easy walking distance. Beach and town very close by. Well suited for those with children -handy extras like kids plates and toddler stools. Communication with SM Properties also very good. We enjoyed our visit and would gladly stay again.
