HOLIDAY APARTMENT SUNSET IN CALA D′OR SITUATED NEAR THE BEACH CALA GRAN

A beautiful, newly refurbished residential complex with 6 holiday flats is situated in a fantastic location in the southeast of Mallorca, in Cala D′or. One of these modern flats is SUNSET. Right in front of it there is a large communal pool, barbecue area with table and chairs and comfortable sun loungers. The accommodation is perfect to spend pleasant relaxing days with children, in couples, with friends. It is a quiet place, so you can relax with the whole family. It is also very close to the beach Cala Gran (Cala D′or).
Accommodation has a bright living-dining room and an open kitchen, very well equipped with all necessary appliances to cook and feel at home. Flat completely renovated and refurbished. It has 1 comfortable bedroom with 2 singles beds and 1 sofa-bed.  It can accommodate up to 4 people. It is bathroom with shower, terrace and access to the pool and patio. There is Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV. Bed linen and towels are included in the price and can be used in the accommodation area. Cot, bed linen and high chair can be provided on request.
Cala D′OR covers an area of over 4km consisting of three main areas: the town centre of Cala d′Or, Cala Egos and Cala Ferrera. A mini tourist road train runs between the different areas of the town and the beaches. You can also take the mini train to the charming harbour of Porto Petro.

The focal point of the town centre is the pedestrianised area of Cala Gran, which has a varied selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Here you will also find a number of lively bars and clubs.

The "Club Nàutic de Cala d′Or" is situated in the harbour of the cove of Cala Llonga, which extends more than 1 kilometre into the island and is also better known as the "Marina de Cala d′Or". Here many prestigious luxury yachts have found their homes and many pleasure boat trips depart from here. The harbour is also home to some delicious fish restaurants.

Rules

- To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30%. 

- Upon arrival customers will make a payment of 300€ in cash, as a deposit that will be refunded upon completion of the stay should the customer have left the house on the agreed terms.

*After checking the meter, the deposit will be charged for the electricity used (only if agreed at the time of rental)

- The final cleaning is to be paid separately - 90€.

- In those rooms where you can put an extra bed and whenever it is possible, the price will be 28 euros per day.

- 1 cot and high chair are free of charge.

Additional Notes:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (no flight / boat if applicable) and organize the collection of keys.

- Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by phone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.

- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place for collecting the keys.

- Arrival after hours:

a) The keys will be left in a safe deposit box. The remaining amount must be paid the next day to the reception agency;

b) In the case that there is no safe deposit box, arrange arrival after hours with the agency. The penalty for late arrival in cash at the time of arrival must be paid.

- Check in after 23.00 - 30.00 euros.

- If a late departure is possible, whenever possible, the cost of the extension until 13:00 will be 50 euros and 90 euros before 17:00.

- In low season the time of entry and exit are flexible. Contact the agency to specify the hours.

*ATTENTION!

Since July 2016, the government has implanted an Eco-tax to tourism.

- € 2,20 per night and per person first 8 days. The following days - € 1.10 per person per night. Not applicable for children under 16 years. 

- This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival.

    Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut, die Wohnung sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Lage ist top. Alle Restaurants und die schönen Buchten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Leider war das Wlan der Unterkunft nicht beständig und ist nicht empfehlenswert für Personen, die dort online arbeiten möchten. Gleiches gilt für das Wasser in der gesamten Wohnung. Im Laufe des Aufenthaltes nahm der Wasserdruck so stark ab, dass aus den Sanitäranlagen so gut wie kein Wasser mehr kam. Erst nach langem Warten lief das Wasser besser und die Temperatur war regulierbar. Leider ist die Unterkunft auch sehr hellhörig. Der Balkon der Wohnung ist über das Schlafzimmer begehbar und grenzt direkt an zwei anliegende Balkone anderer Gäste, die nur durch einen niedrigen Zaun voneinander getrennt sind. Auch die Bauarbeiten in der drunterliegenden Wohnung (die um 7 Uhr Morgens starteten) waren leider sehr störend. Wir hatten 9 schöne Tage, der Komfort ist allerdings ausbaufähig.
