Magnificent holiday home MARIANELLA GRIS with swimming pool, situated in Cala D′Or, in a very quiet street with little traffic. The harbour is in the same street, 2 minutes walk away, which is where all the restaurants and bars are. It is one of the biggest and best equipped marinas on the island.

And 2 minutes in the other direction is the town centre, as well as many shops, children′s playground, restaurants and discotheques. The villa has a bright living-dining room with sofa and TV, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with double bed and two with two single beds), two bathrooms and a toilet. The house is prepared for 6 people. The facilities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, a baby cot and high chair are available on request. You don′t have to worry about pool towels either. Villa Marianella Gris has a beautiful private garden, covered and uncovered terraces with garden furniture and sun loungers, balcony and roof terrace with stunning views of the bay of Cala d′Or and the mountains.

Here, you can spend hours of relaxation and balmy summer evenings with a glass of wine and enjoy grilled meats, vegetables or delicious seafood. There is also a ping-pong table. It is the perfect place for those who want a relaxing beach holiday with children and where patriotic water-loving kids don′t want to give up the pool.

Guests can easily reach the crystal clear beach of Cala d′Or, just a 3 minute drive or walk through the centre of Cala D′Or; pop along the way to see some of Mallorca′s interesting shops or grab a refreshing ice cream.
Cala d′Or offers the beauty of the coastline with its numerous beaches and coves of white sand and crystal clear waters. Most of its houses are Ibicenco style, which are whitewashed houses with flat roofs.

The Mondragó Natural Park is only a few kilometres away from the town, ideal for nature lovers, hikers or those interested in the history of Mallorca. It is lost between the sea and the mountains and is one of the most visited nature reserves on the island of Mallorca.

To enjoy a day of golf, the Vall d′Or golf course offers 18 holes of leisure, with impressive views of the sea and all the guarantees of excellent service and quality, while breathing in the Mediterranean breeze.

- To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30%. 

- Upon arrival customers will make a payment of 300€ in cash, as a deposit that will be refunded upon completion of the stay should the customer have left the house on the agreed terms.

- The final cleaning (only if agreed at the time of rental) is to be paid separately - 200 euros.

*After checking the meter, the deposit will be charged for the electricity used (only if agreed at the time of rental)

- In those rooms where you can put an extra bed and whenever it is possible, the price will be 38 euros per day.

- 1 cot and high chair are free of charge.

- Second unit of cradle - 10 euros per day. 

Additional Notes:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (no flight / boat if applicable) and organize the collection of keys.

- Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by phone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.

- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place for collecting the keys.

- Arrival after hours:

a) The keys will be left in a safe deposit box. The remaining amount must be paid the next day to the reception agency;

b) In the case that there is no safe deposit box, arrange arrival after hours with the agency. The penalty for late arrival in cash at the time of arrival must be paid.

- Check in after 23.00 - 30.00 euros.

- If a late departure is possible, whenever possible, the cost of the extension until 13:00 will be 50 euros and 90 euros before 17:00.

- In low season the time of entry and exit are flexible. Contact the agency to specify the hours.



Since July 2016, the government has implanted an Eco-tax to tourism.

- € 2,20 per night and per person first 8 days. The following days - € 1.10 per person per night. Not applicable for children under 16 years. 

- This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival.

    Es ist eine sehr moderne Unterkunft und entspricht der Beschreibung. Sie bietet viel Platz. Man muss jedoch bedenken, dass das Wasser aus der Leitung kein Trinkwasser ist und man Wasser aus Flaschen zum z.B. Kochen benötigt. Das Wasser aus den Leitungen macht auch das Geschirr in der Abwaschmaschine nicht sauber - es soll wohl am hohen Salzgehalt des Wassers liegen. Das ist aber in der ganzen Region so (Suchmaschine: Trinkwasser Mallorca).

    Property was very spacious with indoor and outdoor tables for eating and a good barbeque at the rear. Everywhere was clean and the location was superb only few minutes from the centre where there were lots of eating places and a few minutes from the lovely harbor. There are lots of Spar shops locally and a big store within walking distance, Eroski. Access to the property was easy and communications with SM Properties was superb and they organised slightly earlier entrance for us. There were one or two things missing but SM Properties quickly sorted these out. I would definitely stay here again.

    Schöne Unterkunft für einen Mallorca-Urlaub. Unmittelbare Nähe zum Hafen in Cala Dor und auch das Zentrum, das mit einer Restaurantvielfalt gesegnet ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.
