Rules

Thank you for choosing SM Holiday Properties for your stay in Mallorca. To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit of the total rental amount is required.

Upon arrival, guests are kindly asked to provide a €500 cash security deposit, which will be fully refunded at the end of the stay, provided the property is returned in good condition. If agreed in advance, electricity usage will be deducted from the deposit based on the meter reading.

  • Final cleaning fee: €300 (only if specified at the time of booking)

  • Management fee: 6.3%

  • Parking: Outdoor or garage parking is included, no reservation needed

  • Baby amenities: One cot and highchair are provided free of charge on request. A second cot is available for €10/day.

  • Extra bed (if available): €38/day

Before arrival:
Please contact the local reception agency at least 15 days before arrival with your expected arrival time (flight or ferry details) to arrange key collection. On the day of arrival, please send an SMS or WhatsApp to +34 638 45 51 58 to confirm and proceed directly to the accommodation or agreed meeting point.

Check-in process:
You will receive a secure online check-in link where you can enter your details, scan your passport, and sign electronically, as required by the Spanish Ministry of the Interior (HOSPEDAJES system).

Keys will be available in a secure lockbox. Any outstanding balance must be paid to the agency on the day after arrival. All stay-related information will be accessible through the SM Holiday Properties app.

Additional information:

  • Late check-in (after 23:00): €50 surcharge

  • Late check-out (subject to availability): €60 until 13:00, or €90 until 17:00

  • Flexible hours may be available during the low season

Ecotax (Balearic tourist tax):
As of July 2016, a sustainable tourism tax applies:

  • €2.20 per person/night for the first 8 nights

  • €1.10 per person/night thereafter

  • Children under 16 are exempt

    Die Finca war super schön! Der Pool ist super groß & auch die Sonnenlage über den Tag ist klasse für ein paar schöne Tage draußen. Für Beschattung ist ausreichend gesorgt. Die Zuwendung ist etwas unterspült und daher etwas holprig zu befahren. Die Straße ist relativ nah und deutlich hörbar. Die Lage und Anbindung jedoch super um die Insel zu erkunden. Der Eigentümer war super nett und hilfsbereit.
