The Paradise of Bonaire is an exclusive house situated at high altitude sea level, which affords stunning panoramic views of the Bay of Pollensa, Alcudia Bay and the majestic Sierra de Tramontana and Cape Formentór. Anyone who still wants to experience something is in the middle of the hustle and bustle in about 7 minutes. The property has a size of approx. 1000 sqm and the elevated location guarantees a wonderful and unobstructed view over the bay of Porto Pollensa.

The property was completed and furnished in February 2013. The villa was created with top quality materials and craftsmen from Germany. The new EneV from Germany was taken into account in this house. 

The Paradise of Bonaire is a fabulous luxury home both for its location and its exquisite interior quality and sophistication. Built on two floors, its exterior are surrounded by a garden decorating the floor of plants with colored glass, creating a particular very original garden.

The interior of the house Bonaire Paradise is unquestionably a dwelling in which raw spectacular views in each of the rooms. On the ground floor are four bedrooms with en suite each and terrace. On the first floor there is a toilet and a large open and shared space, kitchen and living room with terrace.

The master bedroom is a dream stay. Its huge window will take your breath away to see the spectacular skyline views. It has a very broad suite bathroom that does not go unnoticed, not only modern and spacious it is, but because since he can also appreciate the views of the bays and will enjoy seeing how the day begins. The other 3 bedrooms, one beside the other, a double bed and bathroom with shower from which will also appreciate the view through your window and display the people and bays lit at nightfall. All bedrooms have access to the terrace, which is a luxury to go out and get some fresh air at any time.

The first floor is no less impressive. On the right the kitchen; with high-end appliances and a long table with benches from where you will enjoy breakfast watching the spectacular views offered by this stay. Then the dining room which has two design tables and a lounge with big comfy sofas. open, wide spaces and views are undisputedly the best combination to leave one speechless nothing in here. This floor also has a toilet. In addition to the terrace that has this plant, the house has a rooftop sun terrace with views of vertigo. Again, the situation is privileged Bonaire sky in all aspects.

In conclusion, the village has the total living space is 330 square meters and is equipped as follows: complete. Underfloor: heating, air conditioning in every bedroom and living-dining room, towel radiators in the bathrooms, granite floors, cantilevered granite stairs, pool (14x4) with splash shower, a shower is available at the pool area, electrical equipment as a bus system, electric shutters, heating as an air-water heat pump.

Each bedroom has a double bed 1.80 x 2.00, 2 x bedside tables, wardrobe, TV, smoke detector, WiFi connection and direct access to a covered terrace. In the master bedroom there is also a pull-out sofa for up to two people.

The kitchen is fully equipped: Special features: American fridge with ice maker, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher and an additional seating in the kitchen.

Bonaire Paradise is the name given to this privileged area of Alcudia. It is a place that highlights both the sea and the mountain. The marina in Bonaire Marina meets all facilities, dry docks and services for boats where all you have to do will be to relax and surf the best waters of Mallorca. In its beaches and coves with clear water (Playa de San Pedro, Playa de San Juan) you can dive and swim feeling nothing but calm. In addition, the area is also known for the Ermita de la Victoria in the Atalaya where nature walks and see the island from a privileged height, also as picnicking in the picnic area provided for families.

Also very close to the house, only 2 km away, is the old town of Alcúdia, whose name combines Arab and Roman influences. Situated close to the Serra de Tramuntana, Alcúdia has its back to rural Mallorca, at the foot of the waters of two bays: the north of Pollença and the east of Alcúdia. Alcúdia is located in the centre of this area of contrasts, between the stone wall of the Serra de Tramuntana and the sandy coves of the bay of Alcúdia, between the north wind, the sea and the inland.

Alcúdia treasures an important historical legacy and the essence of Mediterranean life, where everything happens slowly, where everything is savoured and enjoyed. Within its medieval walls (which began to be built in the year 1300) is Sa Plaza: the meeting place of the "alcudia people”, the place of passage, the meeting point. All around it there are bars, restaurants and terraces to enjoy the best gastronomy of the island.

In any direction from the square, winding streets in various directions will lead you to beautiful monuments such as the gates of La Xara and Sant Sebastià, the Church of Sant Jaume, in front of which is the city of Rome Pollentia and a little further on the Roman theatre, a "rara avis" because instead of being built, it is excavated in the rock.

A row of orange trees mark the route of the main streets, the Carrer del Moll and the Calle Mayor. These streets are home to small jewellers shops, shoe shops, clothes shops, bars, restaurants, many of these establishments housed in large houses built centuries ago, in small, quiet squares. Alcúdia is one of those places where it is worth losing yourself in its streets to discover in every corner a new charming place, a new sensation.

Every Tuesday and Sunday morning, the pace of the town quickens with the market. Farmers, traders, craftsmen and artists paint the town with colour and the hustle and bustle of the people around them can be felt inside and outside the medieval walls.

Precisely from the Coll Baix start some very interesting excursions for trekking and nature lovers as you climb up to Sa Talaia, an old defensive watchtower at the highest point of the municipality. From the top you can see two bays, the Serra, Alcúdia, the Pla de Mallorca and, when the day is clear, the coast of Menorca.

But if there is a must for nature lovers, it is S′Albufereta and S′Albufera: two of the largest wetlands, of relevant ecological value, in the Balearic Islands, with important plant and animal species.

The Alcanada golf course is also only 5 kilometres away from ′La Casa del Pescador en Barcarés′. It is one of the most outstanding golf courses in Mallorca with 18 holes and spectacular views.

Rules

- To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 50%. 

- Upon arrival customers will make a payment of 500€ in cash, as a deposit that will be refunded upon completion of the stay should the customer have left the house on the agreed terms.

- The final cleaning (only if agreed at the time of rental) is to be paid separately - 280 euros.

*After checking the meter, the deposit will be charged for the electricity used (only if agreed at the time of rental)

- In those rooms where you can put an extra bed and whenever it is possible, the price will be 38 euros per day.

- 1 cot and high chair are free of charge.

- Second unit of cradle - 10 euros per day.

- DAY OF ENTRY AND DEPARTURE - ONLY ON SATURDAY.

 

Additional Notes:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (no flight / boat if applicable) and organize the collection of keys.

- Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by phone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.

- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place for collecting the keys.

- Arrival after hours:

a) The keys will be left in a safe deposit box. The remaining amount must be paid the next day to the reception agency;

b) In the case that there is no safe deposit box, arrange arrival after hours with the agency. The penalty for late arrival in cash at the time of arrival must be paid.

- Check in after 23.00 - 30.00 euros.

- If a late departure is possible, whenever possible, the cost of the extension until 13:00 will be 50 euros and 90 euros before 17:00.

- In low season the time of entry and exit are flexible. Contact the agency to specify the hours.

Since July 2016, the government has implanted an Eco-tax to tourism.

- € 2,20 per night and per person first 8 days. The following days - € 1.10 per person per night. Not applicable for children under 16 years.
