It is an elegant and comfortable Villa Josefina with warm sandstone can be safely classified as a manor house. With its towers, it represents a typical Majorcan charm. A well-maintained driveway leads to the house, in front of which several cars can be parked comfortably. On the other side there is a large well-kept garden with swimming pool. Surrounded by orange and palm trees, the villa is the perfect place to relax on a sun lounger or on the comfortable cushions around the pool. Relax on the large shaded terrace attached to the house, covered with bright purple bougainvillea, or play a game of table tennis. Here everything is set up for a relaxing holiday in the middle of nature with 100% privacy, or a special island party for up to 50/70 people.
There is a small open stone house, a cosy outdoor kitchen with grill and a large dining table. It is a perfect and wonderful corner for cooking on beautiful, warm and endless summer evenings.
Inside the villa, you will be greeted by an elegant combination of cheerful rustic wood and bright white furniture. Elegant central arches instead of doors connect different spaces and convey a sense of spaciousness. From the entrance area there is an attractive spiral staircase leading to the tower. Here you will find one of the double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom.
On the ground floor, you will find a cosy living room with a fireplace and a large flat screen TV. The living room is connected to a fully equipped modern kitchen decorated with a white colour scheme and a small table, perfect as a storage tray or for the first breakfast. It leads to the dining room, where a large wooden table invites you to eat. On this floor you will find one of the bathrooms with shower, guest toilet and three more double bedrooms. All rooms are masterfully decorated with old and new, furnished with style and attention to detail. Practical fitted wardrobes offer enough space for your holiday luggage.
In connection with the main building, there are two additional bedrooms in a separate building, both with en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have a separate entrance. Therefore, it is ideal for holidays with family or friends.
In the rural villa "Casa Josefina" located in the southeast, you can enjoy wonderful views of the surrounding hills and the 500 m high Puig de Sant Salvador, crowned by the monastery of the same name. About 5 minutes drive along the nearby road to the thriving town of Felanitx, which has everything you need for a villa holiday, including supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. The magnificent beaches of Cala Murada, Cala Tropicana or Cala Marçal de Porto Colom are less than 13 km away. To cool off on hot days, you should always visit the mysterious Cuevas de Drach, an impressive cave of underground stalactites and underwater caves.
