Villa Fisher is a fantastic one-storey villa with swimming pool and garden located just 50 meters from the sea. This great holiday home is in the beautiful area of Barcarés, just around the corner from Puerto Pollença and short walk away from Alcudia′s old town. The Fisherman villa in the Barcarés is a paradise spot with a marvellous and fragment garden, a relaxing and calming oasis close to the sea and the Es Clot Morer Vermell and Barcarés beaches. The garden has everything you can dream of for your perfect holiday: chill-out area, barbecue area, wood burning stove and outdoor dining area, an incredible swimming pool and terrace that goes the whole way around the house. Entering the colourful and fisherman style villa on the right hand side you′ll find the large, bright and comfortable dining and living area with access to the terrace and views to the garden. There is a sofa and TV space with a chimney and next to it a dining area with bar and stools, the perfect place to sit and enjoy a drink after dinner. On the left hand side is the large kitchen with a window that looks out onto the garden, which fills the space with natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. The living and dining area are open plan with the kitchen, connected by a large archway. Also on the left hand side is a toilet with shower. The villa is perfect for up to six people. It has three pretty, large and very bright bedrooms: a double and two twins, which are accessible through a gallery. All three bedrooms have a window with views of the garden and a next to a fully-equipped bathroom with a bathtub. Surrounding the house is the terrace with comfortable coffee corner, from which you access the incredible, fragrant and very beautiful garden, with palm trees and exuberant vegetation with flowers, very near to the beach. The villa′s garden is a real privilege next to the sea: it has a beautiful big swimming pool, a chill-out area with puffs, sofas, and sunbeds to relax on and unwind on your holiday, a big barbecue with a sink, where you can enjoy those Mediterranean flavours, and an outdoor dining area protected from the sun by a sail. The palms and other vegetation also give shade and the closeness to the sea has that great Mediterranean breeze.
