Charming Villa CALA MARÇAL with a view of the sea and the beach about 200 m from Cala Marsal, Porto Colom

House Cala Marçal is a semi-detached villa, situated in a spectacular location right by the sea line on the south-eastern coast. 

If you′ve ever visited the beautiful southeast of Mallorca and explored the area a little, you will appreciate the connection between the family-friendly villa "Marçal" and the eponymous fjord-like bathing cove. And rightly so - after all, the magnificent, gleaming white building sits at the tip of the bay at Punta de Jonc and offers a great view of the entire peninsula. Due to the privileged location, you can enjoy a breath-taking panorama spanning crags and turquoise water from the covered terrace by the house, the lawn areas that lie slightly lower than the house, and the especially from the hexagon-shaped private pool meandering mosaic. The pool and the expansive terraces offer the best spots to place your sun loungers and relax. Here, you can fully enjoy the maritime flair, the light breeze, and relaxation. Cheerful evenings await on the roofed veranda, where you can spend time together with family and/or friends. Meals together, starting with breakfast, which is rounded off with aromatic fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice, form part of the wellness programme. You can wind down the days while having dinner together (perhaps prepared on the available BBQ).

You will enjoy the cosy beach villa′s interior even before it′s time to turn in for the night. The living rooms and bedrooms of this ideal summer house are fully air-conditioned, so the already family-friendly house, always has a pleasant temperature. 

 The veranda leads straight into the living room; from here, four steps with terracotta tiling guide you into the cosy lounge corner with wicker furniture and to the open dining area. 

The separate kitchen counts with a larder and a breakfast table, offers everything you need for your choice of self-catering. You will soon notice that the house is ideal for two families with children. A cot and a highchair are of course also available for the smallest guests.

Bathroom with a bath. Stairs leads to the upper floor that offers three bedrooms. The master bedroom with a double bed, access to a small balcony with sea views and en suite bathroom with hydro massage bath. The other two bedrooms are twins - one with small balcony with sea views-, share a separate bathroom with hydro massage bath. From the hall a stair takes down to the semi-basement floor where is the last bedroom with a double bed and a separate shower room. There is also a spacious room with two sofas, a table, chairs, a kitchen area and utility room with the washing machine. From here there is access to the exterior and to the pool area.
From the living room there is access to the covered terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy al fresco meals overlooking the pool and the open sea. From the covered terrace stairs go down to the lovely pool area. Sun terrace at one side of the pool with sun beds; the perfect place to enjoy the long summery day. There is also a table, chairs, a portable barbecue and a table tennis for fun of all the family. From the pool area through a gate, there is a small path that takes the rocks and the sea. 

The proximity to the bay of Cala Marçal, shielded from wind and strong waves, also offers ideal conditions for small children, which is why it is so popular. The fishing town of Portocolom, which has managed to remain authentic, is within walking distance. The picturesque beach and harbour promenade with its natural harbour will delight you. You should not miss out on a hike up to the lighthouse Punta Ses Covetes, built in 1863, along the cliffs. If you are an avid golfer, the nearby golf course of Vall d′Or offers a challenge for you. Other attractive destinations for young and old will make your stay in this ocean-view holiday villa perfect.

- To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30%. 

- Upon arrival customers will make a payment of 800€ in cash, as a deposit that will be refunded upon completion of the stay should the customer have left the house on the agreed terms.

- In those rooms where you can put an extra bed and whenever it is possible, the price will be 28 euros per day.

- 1 cot and high chair are free of charge.

 - Second unit of cradle - 10 euros per day.

Additional Notes:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (no flight / boat if applicable) and organize the collection of keys.

- Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by phone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.

- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place for collecting the keys.

- Arrival after hours:

a) The keys will be left in a safe deposit box. The remaining amount must be paid the next day to the reception agency;

b) In the case that there is no safe deposit box, arrange arrival after hours with the agency. The penalty for late arrival in cash at the time of arrival must be paid.

- Check in after 23.00 - 30.00 euros.

- If a late departure is possible, whenever possible, the cost of the extension until 13:00 will be 50 euros and 90 euros before 17:00.

- In low season the time of entry and exit are flexible. Contact the agency to specify the hours.



Since July 2016, the government has implanted an Eco-tax to tourism.

- € 2,20 per night and per person first 8 days. The following days - € 1.10 per person per night. Not applicable for children under 16 years. 

- This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival.

    Ein fantastisches Haus mit allem, was man sich für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünscht. Der Strand ist ein Traum, ich habe selten so ein schönes Fleckchen Erde gesehen (und das waren doch einige). Das kulinarische Angebot ist gross, für jeden ist etwas dabei. Wer fern ab vom Massentourismus Ruhe und Erholung sucht, gutes Essen und ein gewisses Niveau erwartet, der ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Grossartig! ♥️
