The interior of the villa is fully air-conditioned and flooded with natural light, with living areas and bedrooms ensuring a pleasant temperature at all times. The layout is ideal for two families, featuring six bedrooms spread across the floors. Each level includes its own full bathroom, making the villa perfect for large groups. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy the convenience of self-catering with plenty of space for everyone.

On the main floor, you will find the bright living/dining room that leads to a covered terrace with partial sea views. The kitchen, equipped with a pantry, also has a breakfast table. On the first floor, the master bedroom features a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub, and access to a private balcony with sea views. The other two bedrooms on this level have twin beds and share a bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub.

On the lower floor, there is the last bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there is a multi-functional space with a kitchenette, laundry area, and direct access to the terrace and pool area.

The exterior features a private swimming pool, comfortable sun loungers, a ping-pong table, and a portable barbecue. From the pool area, a path leads directly to the rocks and sea, ideal for those seeking a unique swimming spot.

The villa is located just a few meters from Cala Marçal, a bay perfect for families with children due to its calm, sheltered waters. The authentic fishing village of Portocolom is within walking distance, known for its natural harbor and charming promenade. Golf enthusiasts can find the nearby Vall d′Or Golf Course, while those who enjoy hiking shouldn’t miss the Punta Ses Covetes Lighthouse, built in 1863, offering spectacular cliff views.

Rules

- To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30%. 

- Upon arrival customers will make a payment of 800€ in cash, as a deposit that will be refunded upon completion of the stay should the customer have left the house on the agreed terms.

- In those rooms where you can put an extra bed and whenever it is possible, the price will be 28 euros per day.

- 1 cot and high chair are free of charge.

 - Second unit of cradle - 10 euros per day.

Additional Notes:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (no flight / boat if applicable) and organize the collection of keys.

- Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by phone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.

- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place for collecting the keys.

- Arrival after hours:

a) The keys will be left in a safe deposit box. The remaining amount must be paid the next day to the reception agency;

b) In the case that there is no safe deposit box, arrange arrival after hours with the agency. The penalty for late arrival in cash at the time of arrival must be paid.

- Check in after 23.00 - 30.00 euros.

- If a late departure is possible, whenever possible, the cost of the extension until 13:00 will be 50 euros and 90 euros before 17:00.

- In low season the time of entry and exit are flexible. Contact the agency to specify the hours.

 

*ATTENTION!

Since July 2016, the government has implanted an Eco-tax to tourism.

- € 2,20 per night and per person first 8 days. The following days - € 1.10 per person per night. Not applicable for children under 16 years. 

- This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival.

    Ein fantastisches Haus mit allem, was man sich für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünscht. Der Strand ist ein Traum, ich habe selten so ein schönes Fleckchen Erde gesehen (und das waren doch einige). Das kulinarische Angebot ist gross, für jeden ist etwas dabei. Wer fern ab vom Massentourismus Ruhe und Erholung sucht, gutes Essen und ein gewisses Niveau erwartet, der ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Grossartig! ♥️
