Rules

Villa "Entre Pinos" Rental Conditions

  1. Booking Deposit: To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% is required.

  2. Security Deposit: Upon arrival, tenants must pay a €600 cash deposit, which will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided the house is left in the agreed-upon condition.

    • Electricity Consumption: After checking the meter, the deposit for electricity used will be charged (only if agreed upon at the time of rental).

  3. Final Cleaning: The cost for final cleaning is €299, payable separately.

  4. Parking: Outdoor parking/garage is available without reservation.

  5. Child Equipment:

    • A crib and a high chair are provided free of charge upon prior request.
    • Second crib: €15 per day.
    • Extra bed in rooms (if available): €28 per day.

Additional Notes

  • Pre-Arrival Communication: A few days before your arrival, please contact the reception agency to inform them of your arrival time (flight/boat number, if applicable) and arrange key collection.

  • Arrival Instructions: Upon reaching the destination, please call us and head directly to the accommodation or the previously agreed meeting point.

  • Key Collection: The reception office will contact you to inform you of the time and place for key collection.

  • Arrival Outside Reception Hours: a) Keys will be left in a safe box. Any remaining balance must be paid to the reception agency the next day. b) If there is no safe box, please arrange an after-hours arrival with the agency and pay the late arrival penalty in cash.

  • Late Arrival Fees:

    • Check-in after 11:00 PM: €30.
    • Late check-out:
      • Until 1:00 PM: €50.
      • Before 5:00 PM: €90.

  • Flexible Low Season Hours: In the low season, check-in and check-out times are flexible. Please contact the agency to confirm the hours.

Tourist Tax

Since July 2016, the government has implemented a tourist tax (eco tax):

  • €2.20 per night per person for the first 8 days. From the ninth day onward: €1.10 per night per person. This does not apply to children under 16 years of age.
  • This amount must be paid to the agency upon arrival.
