Excellent apartment JARDI DEL REI COLAU in first line of the sea, 100m from the beach

Front line flat for 4 people with large terrace with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. Modern, tasteful and 100 meters from the beach. Private garden in residential area with communal swimming pools surrounded by lots of nature.

The house has two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and 1 single room.  Two complete bathrooms with bathtub. The flat has a small private garden area and a private terrace with a table for 6 people and sea views. Huge communal swimming pools, both for adults and children. It has a cosy and very comfortable interior, with quality furniture. The living-dining room with direct exit to the terrace has a sofa in front of the TV and a dining table for 6 people. There is a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils, etc... the washing machine is located in a separate space. The glass doors also let a pleasant light into all rooms.

Children will enjoy playing in the green garden surrounding the house.

The apartment is located in a quiet environment, next to the bays of Cala Marsal which are the first sandy beaches in the neighbourhood at a distance of only 5 walking minutes. Lovers of nature also find the ideal starting point here for a nice walk or a bike ride along the typical landscapes. And at ca 500m, lies the centre of Porto Colom with its beautiful natural harbour and tasty fish restaurants. In the evening, after a delicious meal, you´ll also find some trendy bars, with a friendly atmosphere and live music. For golf lovers, the ′Club Vall d′Or is located at a distance of only 4 km. In the daytime, the port of Porto Colom is the ideal starting point for many boat excursions.

Rules

Holiday rental conditions in Mallorca – SM Holiday Properties

To confirm your holiday rental in Mallorca, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. Upon arrival, guests must pay

a cash security deposit of €300, refundable at the end of the stay if the property is returned in good condition. If previously

agreed, the cost of electricity consumption will be deducted from the deposit after checking the meter.

The final cleaning fee is €160(only if specified at booking).

Management fee - 6.3%.

Parking (outdoor or garage) is included without reservation.

We provide a free baby cot and highchair on request. A second cot costs €10/day. Where available, an extra bed is

€38/day.

15 days before arrival, please contact the reception agency with your estimated arrival time (flight or ferry number) to

arrange key collection. On arrival, send an SMS or WhatsApp to +34 638 45 51 58 and proceed to the accommodation or

the agreed meeting point.

You will receive an online check-in link to enter your details, scan your passport, and sign electronically (required for the

Ministry of the Interior registration via HOSPEDAJES).

Keys will be in a secure lockbox. Any pending balance must be paid the next day to the agency. All stay information will be in

the SM Holiday Properties app.

For check-ins after 23:00 → €50 fee. Late check-out, if available → €60 until 13:00 or €90 until 17:00. Low-season hours

may be flexible.

Since July 2016, the Balearic ecotax applies: €2.20 per person/night (first 8 nights) and €1.10 thereafter. Guests under 16

are exempt.

    Traumhafte Anlage mit großzügigem Pool und fantastischem Meerblick. Direkt bei der Cala Marcal. Fußläufig Restaurants und Supermärkte erreichbar. Zu meiner Reisezeit waren kaum Bewohner vor Ort und es war ausgesprochen ruhig. Einzig die Liegen + Auflagen, sind veraltet und müssten ausgetauscht werden. Die Küche hingegen ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und mit allem anderem Möbiliar lässt es sich, mit Blick auf eine Ferienunterkunft, gut leben. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

    Great apartment in lovely, quiet complex. Nice pool. although the “children’s” pool isn’t suitable for toddlers, there is a shallow bit between that and the adult pool where they can paddle. They will fall in those so bring the arm bands! Nice outdoor showers good for toddlers to play in too. Hosts left us some kids toys which was much appreciated. Easy quick walk to beach which has lovely restaurants. Decent restaurants also 2mins walk from flat. Flat isn’t beautifully decorated but has everything you need. Would stay again.
