Cosy apartment SUN OF THE BAY VIDALBA 3, recently renovated, for couples that want to rest in a quiet area, with spectacular and romantic views. Also this apartment is a perfect option for family with children who wants to be on the beauty and safe beach and with many options and attractions for the children.

Inside you will find three bedrooms plenty of light. One room with queen size bed - 150cm x 190 cm, the second bedroom with two single beds -  90cm x 190 cm and the third room -  has a bunk. The apartment has two complete bathrooms, a bright lounge with a sofa, air conditioning and a dining area for six people, a kitchen and a spectacular terrace looking straight to the beach and the most beautiful pine path of Puerto de Alcudia. The apartment is located in the best area of Port Alcudia and is close to the stores and restaurants.

The best of this placement is the luxury to be just on the largest beach of Mallorca in a quiet area. Here you have a lot of shopping options and also enjoying area for the adults sports, restaurants, cafes, boutiques and also for the kids playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions. Banks, doctors, clinics are also not far away. There is also a marina plenty of options to enjoy and walk quiet. Some other beautiful and cosy small beaches are placed in an area of 5 Km. around the apartment. There are also historical buildings here such the Roman city of Pollentia, their Roman theatre, the medieval city of Alcudia and its wall. You can enjoy the Nature in the natural parks of S′Albufera and S′Albufereta and many other places to discover.

Port d′Alcudia is a small fishing harbor, which today has become a popular place for people who enjoy life at the beach. The boardwalk has won several competitions in architecture and urbanism and is the perfect place to walk with its fragrant aroma and pleasant breeze, between "llaüts" traditional fishing boats setting, and the modern marina Alcudiamar.

On the other hand, there also find the best fish restaurants, ice cream parlors and clothing stores. And facing the beach, kilometers of fine sand that draws the Bay of Alcudia with its crystal clear turquoise waters. It is the most popular beach, with all services: bars, boat rental and sailing courses and a water park.

But this beach, the longest in Mallorca (10 km), is not alone. Nearby you will find nearly twenty: sand, pebble, rock, accessible only by sea songs. Among the intimate beaches stands Alcanada, or the S′Illot Coll Baix. The latter is a true marvel of nature that is only accessible by boat or after a pleasant outing among pine trees and rocks.

Precisely from the Coll Baix begin some very interesting excursions for lovers of trekking and nature as it rises to Sa Talaia, old watchtower at the highest point of the town. From above we see two bays, the Serra, Alcúdia, the Pla de Mallorca and when the day is clear, the coast of Menorca.

But if there is an unmissable event for lovers of nature, is S′Albufereta and S′Albufera, two of the largest wetlands, relevant ecological value of the Balearic Islands, with significant plant and animal species.

Also very close to the house is the old town of Alcudia, whose name combines the Arabic and Roman footprint. Located near the Serra de Tramuntana, Alcúdia has his back to the rural Majorca, feet the waters of two bays, the north of Pollença and Alcúdia east. Alcúdia is located in the center of this area of contrasts, between the stone wall of the Serra and the sandy coves of the Bay of Alcudia between the north wind, the sea and inland.

Alcudia boasts an important historical heritage and the essence of Mediterranean life, where everything happens slowly, where everything is savored and enjoyed. Within its medieval walls (which began to be built in 1300) is Sa Plaza: the meeting place of the "alcudiencs" place of passage, the meeting point. All around are bars, restaurants and terraces to enjoy the best cuisine of the island.

In either direction from the square winding streets in several directions will lead you to beautiful monuments like the gates of Xara and Sant Sebastia, the Church of Sant Jaume, opposite which lies the city of Rome Pollentia and a little beyond the Roman theater, a ′rara avis′ because instead of being built, is dug into the rock.

A row of orange mark the route of the main streets, the Carrer del Moll and Main Street. These streets are home to small jewelery shops, shoe stores, clothing stores, bars, restaurants, many of those housed in large houses built centuries ago, small and peaceful squares establishments. Alcúdia is one of those places worth lost in its streets to discover around every corner a new place with charm, a new feel.

Every Tuesday and Sunday morning, the pace of the city is accelerated with the market. Farmers, traders, artisans and artists paint color the villa and bustle of the people around you feel inside and outside the medieval walls.

Aucanada Golf Course is also just 8kilometers from the property. It is one of the leading golf courses in Mallorca with 18 holes and spectacular views.

Rules

- To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30%. 

- Upon arrival customers will make a payment of 300€ in cash, as a deposit that will be refunded upon completion of the stay should the customer have left the house on the agreed terms.

*After checking the meter, the deposit will be charged for the electricity used (only if agreed at the time of rental)

- The final cleaning is to be paid separately - 180 euros.

- Real estate management - 90€.

- Upon prior request:a cot and a high chair - 30€ por week.

- Second cot and high chair  - 10€ por day.

- In those rooms where you can put an extra bed and whenever it is possible, the price will be 28 euros per day.

 

Additional Notes:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (no flight / boat if applicable) and organize the collection of keys.

- Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by phone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.

- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place for collecting the keys.

- Arrival after hours:

a) The keys will be left in a safe deposit box. The remaining amount must be paid the next day to the reception agency;

b) In the case that there is no safe deposit box, arrange arrival after hours with the agency. The penalty for late arrival in cash at the time of arrival must be paid.

- Check in after 23.00 - 30.00 euros.

- If a late departure is possible, whenever possible, the cost of the extension until 13:00 will be 50 euros and 90 euros before 17:00.

- In low season the time of entry and exit are flexible. Contact the agency to specify the hours.

 

*ATTENTION!

Since July 2016, the government has implanted an Eco-tax to tourism.

- € 2,20 per night and per person first 8 days. The following days - € 1.10 per person per night. Not applicable for children under 16 years. 

- This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival.

    The location of the place deserves 5 Stars, right on the beach with big private garden and terrace. A supermarket and restaurants are also just a short walk away. The area provides everything you are looking for. We had a rental car and it was easy to travel anywhere on the island. Kitchen is fully equipped and you will find everything you need. Host was of great support and always reachable when we had questions or in need of help. We would come again anytime!!!
