Apartmento "Harmonia" is a quiet apartment with a lovely Balcony settle at only 300 meters from the Beach Cala Marsal.

This apartment, is ideal for couples and families who want to rest in a quiet area and enjoy the Sea. There is parking place at the street (the parking is for free, no limit of time and always there is parking place) and the beach at just 300 meters. This is a perfect place to enjoy the sea views.

In this apartment plenty of light you can find one Double Bedroom 150cm x 200 cm), a Twin Bedroom (this bedroom can be served as individual or as a double), a Bathroom, a Kitchen, Dining Area with place for 6 person and a very comfortable Sofa Area with a Sofa Bed. From the Hall you can access to the best place of the apartment, the Terrace of 20m2. At the Terrace you have an Outdoor Dining Table and a BBQ to make the nights even more magical.

Next to the apartment you can find some great restaurants, bars, supermarkets, tennis club, souvenirs....

The apartment has  TV, Satellite Receiver with International channels  and Free WIFI area.

The port of Porto Colom is one of the biggest natural harbours in the area. Here is still a very authentic Majorquin atmosphere, away from mass tourism and you´ll find some of the best restaurants. Porto Colom is also an ideal spot to start several excursions. Nearby is the ′Monasterio de San Salvador′ from where you can enjoy panoramic views over the island.

The ′Cuevas del Drach′ are an important place to visit and reachable in 20 min drive. In the port there´s a big offer in water sport activities and pleasure boat trips along the beautiful coastline. The animated tourist area of Cala d´Or with its boutiques, bars and restaurants is also just a few km away. And golf lovers find the famous Vall d´Or 18 hole golf course at 4 km. The nearest beach is Cala Marsal at approximately 1km and the idyllic virgin beach of Cala Sanau with it´s unforgettable atmosphere, bamboo sun-loungers and beach bar is reachable in just 10 min by car. There might be life music in the weekend.

Rules

- To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30%. 

- Upon arrival customers will make a payment of 200€ in cash, as a deposit that will be refunded upon completion of the stay should the customer have left the house on the agreed terms.

*After checking the meter, the deposit will be charged for the electricity used (only if agreed at the time of rental)

- The final cleaning is to be paid separately - 180 euros.

-  The price of electricity to be paid separately - €10 per day.

- In those rooms where you can put an extra bed and whenever it is possible, the price will be 28 euros per day.

- 1 cot and high chair are free of charge.

- Second unit of cradle - 10 euros per day.

 

Additional Notes:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (no flight / boat if applicable) and organize the collection of keys.

- Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by phone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.

- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place for collecting the keys.

- Arrival after hours:

a) The keys will be left in a safe deposit box. The remaining amount must be paid the next day to the reception agency;

b) In the case that there is no safe deposit box, arrange arrival after hours with the agency. The penalty for late arrival in cash at the time of arrival must be paid.

- Check in after 23.00 - 30.00 euros.

- If a late departure is possible, whenever possible, the cost of the extension until 13:00 will be 50 euros and 90 euros before 17:00.

- In low season the time of entry and exit are flexible. Contact the agency to specify the hours.

 

*ATTENTION!

Since July 2016, the government has implanted an Eco-tax to tourism.

- € 2,20 per night and per person first 8 days. The following days - € 1.10 per person per night. Not applicable for children under 16 years. 

- This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival.
