Villa rural Son March for 12 people and 15 minutes from the beach

The rural location of the villa offers you total peace of mind, which makes it especially suitable for the demanding tourists of villas seeking rest and relaxation without compromising the proximity to shops and restaurants.

This sublime, newly constructed villa has a secluded location on an estate that, since time immemorial, has been used for agricultural purposes. The centrepiece of the villa "Son March" is the huge pool terrace that offers sufficient space for the entire traveling group. Here, you will find 12 luxurious wooden loungers as well as sun shades. The 12 x 9 m pool is so large that you can comfortably swim lengths during your holiday if you would like to take a refreshing dip. If you bring children, they will have their own space with a maximum water depth of 0.5 m, so they can splash around safely. The pool area lies next to the spacious, covered terrace, where you can sit at the long, festive table and enjoy the meals you have prepared using the adjoining, built-in BBQ area. You can splash around in the pool at night too, as tasteful lanterns ensure their is plenty of light. Should a day become particularly hot, you can relax under the trees dotted around the estate which provide plenty of shade. Beautiful natural stone steps lead to the house where another partially covered terraced area branches out.


The house itself features air-conditioning in all rooms so that you can get a good night′s sleep every night. There is a total of six double bedrooms available.
Each room has its own en-suite bathroom. The villa is thus perfect if you would like to spend your holidays with one or even two other families. Moreover, the house offers a large living and dining area with an open fireplace, which gives the central heating a little helping hand in winter, distributing pleasant warmth throughout the house. Two floors, each with outdoor access. The dining room, fireplace and kitchen are located on the ground floor. There are also three double bedrooms (twin beds) with ensuite bathrooms (bath tubs). There is another living space with a fireplace on the first floor, the utility room and three double bedrooms with three full ensuite bathroom suites. Two bedrooms with twin beds lead out to a terrace. The third bedroom has a double bed.
The house has a kitchen fully equipped, wifi in the living room, en suite bath in all bedrooms, heat and cold air conditioning, sat tv, safe, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, porch, barbecue and car park.

A particular highlight of this villa is its location by one of the most beautiful cycling routes in Mallorca. Combined with the great options for meals and secure bike storage, this villa is the perfect choice for a cycling holiday in Mallorca. In just 20 minutes, you can reach the second biggest city in Mallorca, Manacor, which is known for its ceramics. Sineu, known for having the best weekly market on the island (on Wednesdays), can also be reached in just 20 minutes. 


The house is perfect for two or even three families. The bathrooms have a sophisticated design and high quality facilities.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a welcome food package for your first meal.

The residence is situated on extensive grounds and offers a breathtaking view of the Puig de Bonany. You can find some restaurants and small supermarkets in Petra. The well-known weekly market takes place every Wednesday in Sineu, which is about 15 minutes away by car.

The Mallorcan family that owns the farm also manages an excellent restaurant with typical Mallorcan cuisine, which is located in the middle of the land with 6 luxury villas, one of which is the SON MARCH. The restaurant is called Sa Font de Petra and can be accessed by a beautiful footpath of the island with a 3-4 minute walk. Whenever you do not feel like cooking, you can comfortably enjoy a delicious meal there, with an extraordinary meal and stunning views from the elevated terrace. Breakfast service is also offered.

For very large touring groups, we also offer the opportunity to rent this house together with other villas: "Son Perxa", "Sa Pleta", "Son March", "Sa Sinia", "Son Capellet". All the properties are close to each other, but they are totally independent and have a high level of privacy. The 6 surrounding villas have a tennis court and a volleyball field.

On the other hand, if you want to celebrate a party during your stay, we ask you to let us know in advance. You could organize an event in the splendid restaurant of the owner or set up a catering in the same villa where you will be staying.

Rules

- To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30%. 

- Upon arrival customers will make a payment of 300€ in cash, as a deposit that will be refunded upon completion of the stay should the customer have left the house on the agreed terms.

- The final cleaning is to be paid separately - 200 euros.

- In those rooms where you can put an extra bed and whenever it is possible, the price will be 28 euros per day.

- 1 cot and high chair are free of charge.

Half board € 32.50 pax/day. 1 Week minimum. Evening drinks are NOT included 

Additional Notes:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (no flight / boat if applicable) and organize the collection of keys.

- Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by phone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.

- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place for collecting the keys.

- Arrival after hours:

a) The keys will be left in a safe deposit box. The remaining amount must be paid the next day to the reception agency;

b) In the case that there is no safe deposit box, arrange arrival after hours with the agency. The penalty for late arrival in cash at the time of arrival must be paid.

- Check in after 23.00 - 30.00 euros

- If a late departure is possible, whenever possible, the cost of the extension until 13:00 will be 50 euros and 90 euros before 17:00.

- In low season the time of entry and exit are flexible. Contact the agency to specify the hours.

*ATTENTION!

Since July 2016, the government has implanted an Eco-tax to tourism.

- € 2,20 per night and per person first 8 days. The following days - € 1.10 per person per night. Not applicable for children under 16 years. 

- This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival.
