The annex includes a living room and 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, with 2 additional bedrooms on the upper floor, all with en-suite bathrooms and whirlpool tubs. All bedrooms feature air conditioning and access to terraces. Central heating is also available throughout the villa for winter stays.

Rules

- To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30%.
- Upon arrival customers will make a payment of 800€ in cash, as a deposit that will be refunded upon completion of the stay should the customer have left the house on the agreed terms.

*After checking the meter, the deposit will be charged for the electricity used (only if agreed at the time of rental)

- The final cleaning is to be paid separately - 400 euros.
- In those rooms where you can put an extra bed and whenever it is possible, the price will be 38 euros per day.
- 1 cot and high chair are free of charge.
- Second unit of cradle - 10 euros per day

- The management commission is 6.3%

- USE OF SAUNA € 50,00 PER DAY

Additional Notes:

Fifteen days before arrival, you must contact the reception agency to provide your estimated arrival time (including flight or ferry number, if applicable) and arrange the key handover. Upon arrival, please send an SMS or WhatsApp to +34 638 45 51 58 and proceed directly to the accommodation or to the agreed meeting point.

The reception office will send you a link for online check-in, where you must enter your details, scan your passport, and sign electronically. This information is mandatory for registration with the Ministry of the Interior (HOSPEDAJES).

The keys will be placed in a secure key box. Any outstanding amount must be paid the following day directly at the reception agency. All information about your stay will be available in the SM Holiday Properties app.

For arrivals after 23:00, a 50 € surcharge applies. Late check-out, if available, costs 60 € until 13:00 and 90 € until 17:00. During low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible upon request.

Since July 2016, the government applies the tourist eco-tax:

  • 2.20 € per person per night for the first 8 nights,

  • 1.10 € per person per night from the 9th night onwards.

This tax does not apply to children under 16 and must be paid to the agency upon arrival.
