This charming villa "Son Brun" is situated close to Manacor and only 5 minutes away from the Rafael Nadal Tennis Academy in the west of Mallorca and welcomes up to 10 persons.

As soon as you arrive you will realise that this property more than meets and satisfies all your expectations. It is a new construction and will be finished in 2022. For the winter it is equipped with central heating in all rooms, and for the summer it has air conditioning in every room, lounges and dining rooms. For this reason and many others you can enjoy the island, its beaches and its sunsets without giving up the comfort of a stately home of 500 square metres of construction.

It is situated in the east of Majorca, in a quiet and secluded location 1,8 km away from "Manacor", the second largest town of the island. The exclusive holiday finca offers space for 10 persons and is situated on a plot of approximately 15 000 square meters.

The interior of the house combines traditional Mallorcan style with modern decoration. It has bright rooms and unique details such as the stone wall in all the rooms of the finca.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious typical Mallorcan living room and a large interior dining room with a wood or pellet cooker. From the dining room, you have access to the fully equipped induction and wood-burning cooker (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, two coffee machines - one capsule and one filter coffee machine etc...) so that you can prepare a delicious paella or a banquet if you wish. From the kitchen there is direct access to the terrace and the countryside with fruit trees. The living-dining room is a comfortable space for reading or watching satellite TV. There is another lounge for reading, playing board games or simply chatting in private or playing with the little ones. Ham/sauna and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet are located on the ground floor, too.

A total of 5 bedrooms are as attractive as the open space. The villa is divided into two parts by a beautiful inner courtyard. The main house has two floors: living/dining room, games and reading room, a large kitchen, ham/sauna and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet are located on the ground floor. On the first floor are the two luxurious and spacious bedrooms with their beautiful modern en-suite bathrooms with bath/shower.

The three other bedrooms are in another part of the house (one bedroom on the ground floor and two on the first floor) and have a bathroom to share. The comfortable beds have new mattresses, high quality pillows and different sizes. All rooms feature a tasteful luxury, pleasantly enhanced by a fresh understatement and a pleasure for visitors due to their quality in terms of design and aesthetics.

In one of the spaces of the estate is the laundry, equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a hoover, an iron and an ironing board.

Its different terraces are designed to be used depending on the time of the day and/or the sun that you want to take advantage of.

Imagine yourself, secluded and disconnected from the rest of the world enjoying your holiday among your loved ones or friends. A beautiful, large infinity pool (15 m x 6 m), surrounded by a fascinating, well-kept and green garden full of lawns, many elegant outdoor corners where you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate, a stunning barbecue area and an outdoor dining area, where you can spend unforgettable moments - all this and much more is for you. Fruit trees have been planted on the plot and depending on the season you can pick lemons, oranges, plums and loquats. The house has several terraces, ideal for al fresco dining.

This beautiful finca is almost two kilometres away from the town of Manacor, known for its pearl factory and the numerous quality furniture shops. In the centre you can not only go shopping, but also try typical Mallorcan food in one of the excellent restaurants. If you like walking, you can walk along the so-called "via verda", where the train tracks used to run to the village of Artà. Nowadays, it is a charming path and very popular with cyclists and hikers.

The east coast of Majorca is full of wonderful beaches and is only a twenty minute drive away. In Porto Cristo you will not only find a beautiful sandy beach, but also a harbour, restaurants and the famous Cuevas del Drach. These caves will amaze you with their stalagmites, stalactites and the long underground, the so-called Llac Mantel. Cala Millor is ideal for a drink in the evening or to go to the Safari Zoo, where, above all, the children will enjoy themselves. Cala Magrana, Cala Mendia, Cala Romantica, S′Illot and Cales de Mallorca are just a few examples of fine sandy beaches in the east.

Important: Due to the Covid-19 we guarantee our guests a thorough professional cleaning and disinfection of the house, all linen of the property is washed in the laundry and ironed at high temperatures for maximum hygiene.

- To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30%. 

- Upon arrival customers will make a payment of 800€ in cash, as a deposit that will be refunded upon completion of the stay should the customer have left the house on the agreed terms.

*After checking the meter, the deposit will be charged for the electricity used (only if agreed at the time of rental)

- The final cleaning is to be paid separately - 300 euros.

- In those rooms where you can put an extra bed and whenever it is possible, the price will be 28 euros per day.

- 1 cot and high chair are free of charge.

- Second unit of cradle - 10 euros per day

Additional Notes:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (no flight / boat if applicable) and organize the collection of keys.

- Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by phone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.

- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place for collecting the keys.

- Arrival after hours:

a) The keys will be left in a safe deposit box. The remaining amount must be paid the next day to the reception agency;

b) In the case that there is no safe deposit box, arrange arrival after hours with the agency. The penalty for late arrival in cash at the time of arrival must be paid.

- Check in after 23.00 - 30.00 euros

- If a late departure is possible, whenever possible, the cost of the extension until 13:00 will be 50 euros and 90 euros before 17:00.

- In low season the time of entry and exit are flexible. Contact the agency to specify the hours.



Since July 2016, the government has implanted an Eco-tax to tourism.

- € 2,20 per night and per person first 8 days. The following days - € 1.10 per person per night. Not applicable for children under 16 years. 

- This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival.
