Villa "Between Pines" - is a luxury property with beautifully landscaped gardens and fabulous pool areas and a stunning

and extraordinary luxury outdoor kitchen. There are covered terraces to the front and rear of the house, all furnished with high quality furniture. This charming property is located between the charming village of Felanitx and the harbour town of Portocolom.

In the fragrance of pine trees, the wide staircase on one side of the house leads to an impeccable pool area which leaves nothing to be desired. A dark green artificial grass area with lounge chairs and couches, in the middle of the solarium you will find the magnificent infinity pool (with outdoor shower), ideal for spending hours in peace and quiet. Play a game of table tennis, then take a dip in the pool before lounging in the shade of the pine trees and the Mediterranean sun.

When you′re feeling peckish, head to the wonderful outdoor kitchen by the pool. It is covered and has a long table, a work area for preparing a barbecue, a long dining table: a perfect place to end the day in an evening with a glass of Mallorcan wine.

Being in the villa, it is very difficult to decide where you want to be: in the garden by the pool, in the outdoor kitchen or inside the villa.

The open plan dining room has a touch of industrial charm, polished concrete floors and the bedrooms with warm wooden floors reflect symbiotic differences. The elegant white accents, the bright mustard tones of the furniture and the classic design in the living rooms. Also, there is a touch of traditional Mallorcan craftsmanship in the foyer.

Sunny kitchen area, with modern matt white cabinets, kitchen island and breakfast area. All rooms are light-filled and spread over a total of 450 square metres of living space.
This area is divided between the main house and the separate flat, which has a double bedroom and an en suite bathroom. Each of the spacious and air-conditioned rooms has a modern bathroom with shower. The master bedroom is designed as a suite with a living room on the upper floor which also has a sofa bed. This sofa can be booked and is optional, but at an additional cost. In addition, from the upper floor you have a huge balcony overlooking the magnificent wooded hillside.

The property is situated in a secluded and pleasant location, approximately between Felanitx and Portocolom. On Sundays you can go to the market in Felanitx. The harbour town of Portocolom is also magnificent. After a long day at the beach, you can stop in the fishing village of Porto Colom and have a drink. If you like to play golf, head to the 18-hole golf course Vall D′Or, which is less than 5 km away.

Rules

- To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30%. 

- Upon arrival customers will make a payment of 500€ in cash, as a deposit that will be refunded upon completion of the stay should the customer have left the house on the agreed terms.

*After checking the meter, the deposit will be charged for the electricity used (only if agreed at the time of rental)

- The final cleaning is to be paid separately - 299 euros.

- In those rooms where you can put an extra bed and whenever it is possible, the price will be 28 euros per day.

- 1 cot and high chair are free of charge. 

Additional Notes:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (no flight / boat if applicable) and organize the collection of keys.

- Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by phone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.

- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place for collecting the keys.

- Arrival after hours:

a) The keys will be left in a safe deposit box. The remaining amount must be paid the next day to the reception agency;

b) In the case that there is no safe deposit box, arrange arrival after hours with the agency. The penalty for late arrival in cash at the time of arrival must be paid.

- Check in after 23.00 - 30.00 euros

- If a late departure is possible, whenever possible, the cost of the extension until 13:00 will be 50 euros and 90 euros before 17:00.

- In low season the time of entry and exit are flexible. Contact the agency to specify the hours.

*ATTENTION!

Since July 2016, the government has implanted an Eco-tax to tourism.

- € 2,20 per night and per person first 8 days. The following days - € 1.10 per person per night. Not applicable for children under 16 years. 

- This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival.
