Rules

Reservation Conditions and Check-in Policy for Holiday Home

Booking Confirmation and Payment Policy:

  • To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit is required.
  • Upon arrival, guests must pay a 300 € security deposit in cash. This amount will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided the property is left in agreed conditions.
  • If previously agreed, the deposit will be used to cover electricity consumption (after checking the meter).
  • Electricity costs are charged separately: 10 € per day.
  • Final cleaning fee195 €.
  • Parking: Outdoor parking/garage available, no reservation needed.

Additional Services:

  • crib and high chair are available free of charge upon request.
  • Second crib: Available for 10 € per day.
  • Extra bed (available in certain rooms): 28 € per day.

Important Check-in Notes:

  • A few days before arrival, guests must contact the agency to provide arrival time (flight/boat details) and arrange the key collection.
  • Upon arrival, please contact us by phone and proceed to the accommodation or the pre-arranged meeting point.
  • For arrivals outside reception hours, the following applies: a) The keys will be left in a security box, and any remaining payment, if applicable, must be settled the next day at the agency. b) If there is no security box, the agency will arrange a late arrival. A late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Late check-in (after 11:00 PM): A 30 € fee applies.

  • If possible, late check-out until 1:00 PM will cost 50 €; until 5:00 PM, 90 €.
  • In low season, check-in and check-out times are flexible. Contact the agency to arrange your arrival and departure times.

Tourist Tax (Eco Tax):

Since July 2016, the government has implemented a tourism tax:

  • 2.20 € per night per person for the first 8 days.
  • After the 8th day: 1.10 € per night per person.
  • Not applicable to children under 16 years old.
  • This amount must be paid to the agency upon arrival.

House is fully equipped and has all you need to cook up a storm. Both the inside and outside area easily welcomes eight persons.

    Beautiful property, superbly equipped. It has absolutely everything you need so you only need to pack your clothes. Even toys for the kids! Wonderful swimming pool and terrace at the back, with BBQ. The only thing that could be better is the location. Portocolom is not very child friendly, so we drove by car to other resorts such as Cala D’or (15mins drive) to eat out. Apart from that everything was fantastic and this was the perfect family haven for a special holiday.

    Майорка-действительно, рай на земле. Прошлым летом отдыхала там со своим другом, и благодаря Светлане, и её сайту, действительно чувствовала себя как дома. Забыла совсем о преграде незнания языка. Даже в ресторане на ужине, позвонила Светлане, и она помогла выбрать ужин и чувствовать себя комфортно. Море как село, множество разных пляжей, и много разных развлечений для любителей разнообразного отдыха! :)Встретили нас, объяснили, помогли во всем. Даже машину в аренду сняли, так как мы хотели посмотреть и другие пляжи. Ощущения были, как будто мы побывали зразу в разных странах! :) Если вы хотите качественно отдохнуть, то обращайтесь. Подобрали нам жильё по нашим возможностям, и за уборку я на эти дни забыла. Очень хорошие и отзывчивые люди. Этим летом планируем поехать опять. Спасибо большое Светлане, и её работе!
