Layout and Spaces Upon entering the property, access is available through both the main entrance from the street and through the garden and terrace. From here, you enter a bright living-dining room, perfect for sharing moments with family or relaxing while watching satellite TV from the sofa.

The apartment has three double bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 people:

Rules

Holiday Rental Conditions in Mallorca – SM Holiday Properties

To confirm your holiday rental in Mallorca, a 30% booking deposit is required. Upon arrival, guests must leave a €500 cash security deposit, fully refundable at check-out if the vacation property is returned in good condition. If previously agreed, electricity consumption costs will be deducted from the deposit after checking the meter.

A final cleaning fee of €190 applies only when specified at the time of booking.
A management fee of 6.3% is charged.

Parking (outdoor or garage) is included and does not require prior reservation.

Families are provided with a free baby cot and highchair on request. A second cot costs €10/day, and—when available—an extra bed is €38/day.

Arrival & Check-in Procedure

Please contact the reception agency 15 days before arrival to provide your estimated arrival time (flight or ferry number) and coordinate key collection.

Upon arrival, send an SMS or WhatsApp message to +34 638 45 51 58 and proceed to the holiday accommodation or the designated meeting point.

You will receive an online check-in link to enter your details, scan your passport, and sign electronically, as required for the Ministry of the Interior (HOSPEDAJES) registration.

Keys will be placed in a secure lockbox. Any pending balance must be paid to the agency the following day. All stay information will be available through the SM Holiday Properties app.

Late Arrival & Check-out Fees

  • Check-ins after 23:00 → €50

  • Late check-out, subject to availability:

    • Until 13:00 → €60

    • Until 17:00 → €90
      Low-season hours may be more flexible.

Balearic Ecotax

Since July 2016, the Balearic Tourist Tax (ecotax) applies:

  • €2.20 per person/night for the first 8 nights

  • €1.10 per person/night from the 9th night onward
    Guests under 16 years old are exempt.
