The house has two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and 1 single room.  Two complete bathrooms with bathtub. The flat has a small private garden area and a private terrace with a table for 6 people and sea views. Huge communal swimming pools, both for adults and children. It has a cosy and very comfortable interior, with quality furniture. The living-dining room with direct exit to the terrace has a sofa in front of the TV and a dining table for 6 people. There is a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils, etc... the washing machine is located in a separate space. The glass doors also let a pleasant light into all rooms.

Children will enjoy playing in the green garden surrounding the house.

The apartment is located in a quiet environment, next to the bays of Cala Marsal which are the first sandy beaches in the neighbourhood at a distance of only 5 walking minutes. Lovers of nature also find the ideal starting point here for a nice walk or a bike ride along the typical landscapes. And at ca 500m, lies the centre of Porto Colom with its beautiful natural harbour and tasty fish restaurants. In the evening, after a delicious meal, you´ll also find some trendy bars, with a friendly atmosphere and live music. For golf lovers, the ′Club Vall d′Or is located at a distance of only 4 km. In the daytime, the port of Porto Colom is the ideal starting point for many boat excursions.

- To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30%. 

- Upon arrival customers will make a payment of 300€ in cash, as a deposit that will be refunded upon completion of the stay should the customer have left the house on the agreed terms.

*After checking the meter, the deposit will be charged for the electricity used (only if agreed at the time of rental)

- The final cleaning is to be paid separately - 165 euros.

- The price of electricity to be paid separately - 10€ per day.

- In those rooms where you can put an extra bed and whenever it is possible, the price will be 28 euros per day.

- 1 cot and high chair are free of charge.

- Second unit of cradle - 10 euros per day.


Additional Notes:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (no flight / boat if applicable) and organize the collection of keys.

- Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by phone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.

- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place for collecting the keys.

- Arrival after hours:

a) The keys will be left in a safe deposit box. The remaining amount must be paid the next day to the reception agency;

b) In the case that there is no safe deposit box, arrange arrival after hours with the agency. The penalty for late arrival in cash at the time of arrival must be paid.

- Check in after 23.00 - 30.00 euros.

- If a late departure is possible, whenever possible, the cost of the extension until 13:00 will be 50 euros and 90 euros before 17:00.

- In low season the time of entry and exit are flexible. Contact the agency to specify the hours.



Since July 2016, the government has implanted an Eco-tax to tourism.

- € 2,20 per night and per person first 8 days. The following days - € 1.10 per person per night. Not applicable for children under 16 years. 

- This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival.

    Traumhafte Anlage mit großzügigem Pool und fantastischem Meerblick. Direkt bei der Cala Marcal. Fußläufig Restaurants und Supermärkte erreichbar. Zu meiner Reisezeit waren kaum Bewohner vor Ort und es war ausgesprochen ruhig. Einzig die Liegen + Auflagen, sind veraltet und müssten ausgetauscht werden. Die Küche hingegen ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und mit allem anderem Möbiliar lässt es sich, mit Blick auf eine Ferienunterkunft, gut leben. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

    Great apartment in lovely, quiet complex. Nice pool. although the “children’s” pool isn’t suitable for toddlers, there is a shallow bit between that and the adult pool where they can paddle. They will fall in those so bring the arm bands! Nice outdoor showers good for toddlers to play in too. Hosts left us some kids toys which was much appreciated. Easy quick walk to beach which has lovely restaurants. Decent restaurants also 2mins walk from flat. Flat isn’t beautifully decorated but has everything you need. Would stay again.
