Cora is a great house with room for up to six people located just 200m from the beach, in a very centric yet calm area of Puerto de Alcudia. It is the perfect house for family and friends, as not far away there are supermarkets, and recreational areas, restaurants, shops, and the long and beautiful Puerto de Alcudia beach with its white sand, clear blue waters, and a wide range of water activities, such as: jet sky, windsurf or pedal boats. There are also bars on the beach and shady spots, great for those hot summer days. The house is surrounded by grass and trees. The large entrance area is very pretty and a great spot to enjoy a cold drink in the evening and enjoy the sunset in the alcove with chairs and a small coffee table. The one-storey house has 3 fantastic bedrooms; the first bedroom furnished in wood and the second in ironwork, both have double beds and are very bright. The third bedroom has two beds in the same wood style. The first bathroom is ample and bright and has a bathtub. The house has a second bathroom with shower. The sitting and dining area is a large space with air conditioning, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The living room has comfortable sofas, a decorative chimney, and access to the terrace, which is perfect for summer with its green and shady garden. The dining area with the same wood décor and the main bedroom is very spacious and bright, perfect for family celebrations and meals. The independent kitchen has a gas stove, electric oven, microwave and all the necessary appliances to prepare your favourite meals. It has a great breakfast table that can also be used to work on. The kitchen also has access to the outside part of the back of the house, with a wide terrace, and outside dining area, barbecue, and hammocks to lie in and enjoy the sun, but there is a big sun-umbrella if you want shade. Located in a very centric area of Alcudia, Casa Cora is just 4km away from the village of Alcudia, a very beautiful medieval village that you must visit. What really stand out are the walls that surround the village, as well as the stone architecture and romantic restaurants with indoor patios and varied gastronomy.
