Charming Villa Can Albons offers comfortable accommodation with plenty of natural light. The ground floor consists of a spacious and bright living room with comfortable sofas with a satellite TV and access to the covered terrace. A spacious, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for day to day living. This floor also offers a double bedroom with two single beds. The ground floor space shares a full bathroom with shower and bidet.

A beautiful staircase leads to the upper floor, in this open space is the master bedroom with large dressing room and an en-suite bathroom. Two other double bedrooms are also located on the first floor, where your children can rest close to you without any worries. All bedrooms have plenty of natural light and access to the terrace with great views of the village and swimming pool. They share a full bathroom with bath and shower. 

This accommodation offers heating throughout the house and air conditioning throughout the house, which is sufficient to maintain a cool and pleasant temperature.

The property is fenced and has a private gate. The rear of the property is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the lazy summer days. It offers a very pleasant and relaxing space: a swimming pool, directly next to it there is a terrace/porch with comfortable furniture and a dining table for 8 persons. The terrace offers airy shade at any time of the day. 

At the pool there are sun loungers for 8 persons and a children′s area, also, umbrellas are available in case the sun is too strong. A young olive tree provides pleasant shade on the grassy areas makes your holiday more entertaining and unforgettable! 

The very pleasant porch, with a teak table and chairs as well as a barbecue, is the ideal place to enjoy "al fresco" meals. 

Villa Can Albons is situated just outside Porto Colom, in a quiet street in the direction of S′Horta, 7 minutes walk from a supermarket and 10 minutes from the beautiful harbour with great restaurants and cafes overlooking the harbour. Porto Colom is a typical fishing port, where it is still possible to see the fishermen repairing their nets on the quays. This locality offers several fine sandy coves such as Cala Marçal which is 1.5 km away and those of S′Arenal and Es Babo at 5 minutes by car.

Only 8 km away is the well known tourist area of Cala D′Or, with a wide variety of shops, restaurants, pubs with live music and its beautiful marina. Nearby is the "Monasterio de San Salvador" with panoramic views over the island. The famous ′Cuevas del Drach′ are only a 20 minute drive away. In the harbour there is a wide range of water sports and boat trips along the beautiful coastline. And golf lovers will find the Vall d′Or golf course only 4 km away. And the idyllic unspoilt beach of Cala Sanau with unforgettable atmosphere, bamboo chairs and beach bar is only a 10 minute drive away.

Portocolom is the port of Felanitx. It is a quiet fishing harbour situated in the southeast of the island of Mallorca, being one of the largest natural harbours of the island, shelter of many boats during the summer, looking for its calm waters. It is an excellent place for those who are looking for a place where they can find the typical seafaring charm, the charm of a fishermen′s port. The lighthouse overlooking the bay and the sanctuary of Sant Salvador stand out. The walks around the port are a marvel that thousands of tourists discover every year and many of them are already captive residents of our port. The strong growth suffered by Portocolom, as a result of the massive arrival of tourists and the construction of hotels, has not managed to destroy the image of a fishing port with its picturesque corners.

The coastline of Felanitx has numerous virgin and paradisiacal coves of exceptional beauty. The most extensive is Cala Marçal, which has all kinds of services. S′Arenal, near the lighthouse, is smaller in size. The rest of its coves, which are difficult to access, can be reached by boats that go on excursions from the port.

It is situated about 12 km from Cala d′Or and 10.0 km from Cala Murada and has a population of about 4000 inhabitants, although this number increases during the summer months.

The village is divided into two parts, the old town around the port area and the other part is the tourist area which offers a good supermarket, shops and excellent local restaurants and bars.

Apart from being a fishing port, we also find the "Club Nautico de Porto Colom" here, where many pleasure boats will start trips along the coast.

- To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 50%. 

- Upon arrival customers will make a payment of 500€ in cash, as a deposit that will be refunded upon completion of the stay should the customer have left the house on the agreed terms.

- The final cleaning is to be paid separately - 250 euros.

*After checking the meter, the deposit will be charged for the electricity used (only if agreed at the time of rental)

- In those rooms where you can put an extra bed and whenever it is possible, the price will be 28 euros per day.

- 1 cot and high chair are free of charge.

- Second unit of cradle - 10 euros per day.

Additional Notes:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (no flight / boat if applicable) and organize the collection of keys.

- Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by phone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.

- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place for collecting the keys.

- Arrival after hours:

a) The keys will be left in a safe deposit box. The remaining amount must be paid the next day to the reception agency;

b) In the case that there is no safe deposit box, arrange arrival after hours with the agency. The penalty for late arrival in cash at the time of arrival must be paid.

- Check in after 23.00 - 30.00 euros.

- If a late departure is possible, whenever possible, the cost of the extension until 13:00 will be 50 euros and 90 euros before 17:00.

- In low season the time of entry and exit are flexible. Contact the agency to specify the hours.



Since July 2016, the government has implanted an Eco-tax to tourism.

- € 2,20 per night and per person first 8 days. The following days - € 1.10 per person per night. Not applicable for children under 16 years. 

- This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival.

    The location of the villa is PERFECT, it is in a very quiet place. You can walk to the beach and the center of Portocolom. And with a car only a few minutes. The house is well maintained, everything very clean. It has heating, which is very important at this time of year in MALLORCA. SM Holiday staff was very friendly, they helped us with the transfer and gave us all the information. And now we plan to spend our summer vacation with all the family and kids here in this villa.
