Rules

Advance Payment: 50% to confirm the reservation.
Security Deposit: 800 € upon arrival (credit card or bank transfer). It will be refunded at the end of the stay if the property is in the agreed-upon condition.
Electricity: Deducted from the deposit only if agreed at the time of booking.
Final Cleaning: For stays of 5 nights, the cost is 280 €.
This amount is also retained for cleaning in case the property is left in a dirtier condition than normal or if the garbage and recycling are not removed at the end of the stay. In such cases, the cost for additional cleaning and waste management will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the client.

Parking: Available outdoors or in a garage, no reservation needed.
Crib and High Chair: Provided at no cost (upon prior request).
Second Crib: 20 € per day.
Extra Bed: 28 € per day (available only if agreed in advance).

Confirm Arrival Time: Contact the agency before arrival to arrange key pickup.
Arrival Outside of Hours:
Keys will be in a safe box if possible, and any outstanding payment will be settled the next day.
If there is no safe box, coordinate arrival with the agency; an additional charge applies for late arrivals.
Arrival after 23:00: Surcharge of 50 €.
Low Season: Flexible check-in and check-out times; contact the agency.

Tourist Tax (Ecotasa)
Rate: 2.20 € per person per night for the first 8 days, then 1.10 €. Not applicable to children under 16 years old.
Payment: Made to the agency upon arrival.

    Wir waren zwei Familien, die das Haus gemietet haben. Das Haus war wunderschön und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Lage war optimal, so dass wir mit dem Auto alles gut erreichen konnten. Die Eigentümer haben uns mit Kuchen und frischen Eiern überrascht und waren wirklich sehr sehr nett. Wir kommen gern wieder und würden das Haus jedem empfehlen. Auch die Kids waren gut versorgt. Die Tischtennis Platte war super, der Pool ein Traum und auch das Volleyball Feld super … das ganze Gelände ist sehr sicher und wirklich riesig. Unsere Kinder waren absolut happy und haben sich wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank

    The villa is absolutely beautiful, immaculate, stylish and offering excellent amenities. Very quiet location but just a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) to grocery stores and nice restaurants. The pool is superb and the outdoor areas offer a variety (sun, shade) of places to relax. Great communication with charming hosts who are on hand if you need them but leave you in peace. I can’t recommend highly enough.
