Sa Caseta is a holiday house situated between Porto Colom in the South East coast, and Felanitx in the heart of the island.
It is a few kilometres from the port of Porto Colom and Cala D′or with its surrounding beaches and beaches, a town with narrow streets and lovely shops in Santanyí and is about half an hour away by car, and Manacor offers everything you need for good shopping.
The beautiful little village "Sa Caseta", near S′Horta, offers everything your heart needs. A country road runs to the car parking in front of the house. Refreshment can be found under the outdoor shower. The garden with its flowering lawns and palm trees offers an additional space to play.
The balcony terrace with a sun canopy is perfect for family breakfasts and for stretching exercises during the day. There are also some chairs available in front of the double room at the right of the entrance.
The barbecue is located next to the house.
The interior of the hut also guarantees a peaceful holiday in the midst of nature. The elegant and rustic charm is combined with modern facilities, which also provide a pleasant warmth during the colder months of autumn and winter as well, with fireplace and heating. The separate built-in kitchen opens to the dining room from the living room. The house has two bedrooms, a pastel-coloured bedroom with a double bed (1.35 x 1.90 m), another bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe and a separate terrace. And third room with sofa bed.
And if you don′t want to go directly to bed to relax, you can stretch out comfortably in the living room area. All rooms share the tiled bathroom.
But at some moment, you must leave your comfortable little place. Especially if the sea is calling and the beach is only a few minutes away!
The house is located only few minutes by car from the small fishing village of Portocolom, which attracts visitors with the fine white sand beaches of Cala Marçal and the Platja de S′Arenal (not to be confused with the noisy counterpart near Palma), perfect for children. The Ibiza style of Cala d′Or and the elegant marina have to be visited at least once, where there are many restaurants and cafes and many sophisticated shops.
The surroundings of S′Horta and Calonge offer an oasis of tranquility with hills and dense pine forests that invite you to take long walks or bike rides. The MA-4012 (which is about 100 meters from the stand) offers a quick connection to the south of the island - for example to the weekly market in Felanitx and Palma.
