Villa Teresa in a very quiet area and 150m from the beach Cala Serena, very close to Cala D′Or
Charming 3 bedroom villa in ibicencan style for up to 6 people with a large outdoor area with well kept lawns. Situated in a quiet residential area and a short walk to the amenities of Cala Serena.
Villa Teresa has a private pool and a bright, high quality interior. The terrace and outdoor dining area are very well appointed and ideal for spending pleasant summer evenings at the villa. For this you have your own brick barbecue if you prefer to dine in the villa. There is ample sunbathing space with sun loungers to enjoy the summer days, as well as lawn areas with palm and pine trees with sun and shade areas. A table for 6 people for outdoor meals is located in the shade of the sun, overlooking the pool.
The villa consists of a ground floor and a studio on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with exit to the covered terrace and pool area. The contemporary living room features comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, an ornamental fireplace and a dining table.
The adjacent fully equipped kitchen has access to the terrace at the back of the house. On this ground floor there are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have doors opening onto the villa grounds and leading to the pool terrace. One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with access to the terrace and pool area and another bedroom with twin beds with access to the terrace on the side of the villa. There is also another bathroom with shower.
The third bedroom has access from outside. Stairs on the side of the house lead to a spacious upper terrace and the studio with a double bed with en suite shower room. The bedroom has a basic kitchenette with kettle for making a coffee or tea if you feel like it before bed.
WiFi and air conditioning/heating is in all three rooms on a fixed and limited schedule.
There is a timer in all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and 22:00 to 09:00.
Only 150 metres away is one of the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca - white sandy beach Cala Serena. At about 300 metres there is a restaurant and at 400 metres there is a small supermarket. A little further is the area of Cala Ferrera with its restaurants and cafes and also another fine sandy beach - Cala Ferrera. If you wish to see any of the other local beaches or areas, the centre of Cala D′or is only 3 km or 20 minutes walk away. The magnificent marina of Cala D′or is about 4 km from the villa.
