It was so easy to find free parking close by, so easy to get inside with the great instructions from the best hosts. The location is so lovely, so many great restaurants on the harbor to choose from. The hosts were also available 24-7 with any questions like, “where is the best paella?” Beach is so close by. There is a hotel two buildings down with tennis courts for 10euros pp a day to use. The airport is only 50 mins away give or take and a beautiful easy drive. The most gorgeous sunsets. You can also go up on the roof to see all around. Honestly just dreaming about this place still and can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much for such an amazing, special experience. True hidden gem!

We stayed at this villa for almost two weeks in July-August 2021. The communication and check in process was excellent. The villa itself is really nice with two rooms with double beds and one room with a single bed. The pool is a bit small but our kids loved it. And the sea is a 2 min walk away - so really convenient. You do hear a few dogs barking in the area! Overall, we loved it and Alcudia itself is great especially the restaurants in the old town and the port.

★★★★Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut, die Wohnung sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Lage ist top. Alle Restaurants und die schönen Buchten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Leider war das Wlan der Unterkunft nicht beständig und ist nicht empfehlenswert für Personen, die dort online arbeiten möchten. Gleiches gilt für das Wasser in der gesamten Wohnung. Im Laufe des Aufenthaltes nahm der Wasserdruck so stark ab, dass aus den Sanitäranlagen so gut wie kein Wasser mehr kam. Erst nach langem Warten lief das Wasser besser und die Temperatur war regulierbar. Leider ist die Unterkunft auch sehr hellhörig. Der Balkon der Wohnung ist über das Schlafzimmer begehbar und grenzt direkt an zwei anliegende Balkone anderer Gäste, die nur durch einen niedrigen Zaun voneinander getrennt sind. Auch die Bauarbeiten in der drunterliegenden Wohnung (die um 7 Uhr Morgens starteten) waren leider sehr störend. Wir hatten 9 schöne Tage, der Komfort ist allerdings ausbaufähig.

Zu meiner Reisezeit waren kaum Bewohner vor Ort und es war ausgesprochen ruhig. Einzig die Liegen + Auflagen, sind veraltet und müssten ausgetauscht werden. Die Küche hingegen ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und mit allem anderem Möbiliar lässt es sich, mit Blick auf eine Ferienunterkunft, gut leben. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Man muss jedoch bedenken, dass das Wasser aus der Leitung kein Trinkwasser ist und man Wasser aus Flaschen zum z.B. Kochen benötigt. Das Wasser aus den Leitungen macht auch das Geschirr in der Abwaschmaschine nicht sauber - es soll wohl am hohen Salzgehalt des Wassers liegen. Das ist aber in der ganzen Region so (Suchmaschine: Trinkwasser Mallorca).

Everywhere was clean and the location was superb only few minutes from the centre where there were lots of eating places and a few minutes from the lovely harbor. There are lots of Spar shops locally and a big store within walking distance, Eroski. Access to the property was easy and communications with SM Properties was superb and they organised slightly earlier entrance for us. There were one or two things missing but SM Properties quickly sorted these out. I would definitely stay here again.

Die Eigentümer haben uns mit Kuchen und frischen Eiern überrascht und waren wirklich sehr sehr nett. Wir kommen gern wieder und würden das Haus jedem empfehlen. Auch die Kids waren gut versorgt. Die Tischtennis Platte war super, der Pool ein Traum und auch das Volleyball Feld super … das ganze Gelände ist sehr sicher und wirklich riesig. The location of the villa is PERFECT, it is in a very quiet place. You can walk to the beach and the center of Portocolom. And with a car only a few minutes. New and clean villa, outside area was smallish but all you need and gets sun all day, lovey little pool. Air con worked well, 2 main bedrooms were great, third bedroom small with single bed and small window. Easy parking outside except at weekends when the beaches were mobbed and people park here. 3 min walk to lovely golden beach, everything You need is close by but a car to get around is useful. The agent was great and responded straight away. Really happy and would stay again.

Also the garden with the pool isn’t exactly private as it backs on to a public road with a fence with holes in. But location wise is perfect for families. Only a couple minutes walk from the strip and very close to supermarkets. Also the beach is also a minute walk. Would be perfect for a family. Also they charge you for the electric. Overall we enjoyed our stay though it’s lovely place and the weather is always warm!

? Goede ligging. Strand op 200 meter. Supermarkt 5 min lopen. Port Alculdia is ongeveer 35 min lopen. Uitzicht op het meer. Geen last van verkeer; villa ligt aan het einde van een doodlopende straat. Hele goede bedden. Prima airconditioning. Uitstekende badkamers die heel modern ingericht zijn met een raindouche en een handdouche. De villa was heel schoon bij aankomst. Vanwege de coronamaatregelen was de sleuteloverdracht niet fysiek maar via een zogenaamde locker vlak voor de het toegangshek van de villa. De communicatie verliep via WhatsApp. Was prima geregeld zo. Eventuele vragen werden zeer snel via de app beantwoord.
? De villa is kleiner dan verwacht. Ondanks dat de site aangeeft dat het voor 6 personen geschikt is lijkt het mij meer geschikt voor 4 volwassenen of een gezin met jongere kinderen. Het 6e bed is een opklapbed die ook echt elke dag moet worden opgeklapt wat anders kan je niet lopen. Wij waren met 5 volwassenen. Misschien ligt dat aan ons omdat wij wat ruimere villa′s gewend zijn. Er waren ook maar 4 ligbedden. De WiFi op de eerste verdieping is slecht, soms matig. Beneden goed maar niet supersnel. Wij hadden erg veel last van blaffende honden van de directe voor en achterburen.

Molt bona distribució perquè a la panta baixa hi ha una habitació dlobre i un bany complet, fàcil per a persones amb dificultats de mobilitat. Tres habitacions, totes dobles i dos banys complets, molt i molt bé. Amb ventiladors a cada cambra que van molt bé quan fa calor. No hi falta res de res, cuberteria completa, gots i tasses i parament de la cuina complet, 2 màquines de cafè de sistemes diferents, rentaplats i rentadora, tot absolutament tot complet, inclòs una famaciola per a primers auxilis. Llençols, tovalloles als banys (dutxa, de m′a, de terra) i tovalloles de piscina a disposició. Té pista de tennis i pista de petanca. Posen a disposició raquetes, pilotes i boles, no cal portar-les. Exteriors magnífics i molt ben cuidats, i la piscina de cine amb tumbones per prendre el sol, impecable i amb una caseta de fusta amb nevera i pica per a rentar estris de cuina, i també un bany complet al recinte de la piscina. Amb taula per fer àpats a la fresca. Però, aquesta piscina no té i·lumiació noturna. Hi ha animals i hort, i es poden collir hortalisses fresques de l′hort i ous del dia del galliner. Cal destacar que els sons dels aimals no ens ha molestat en cap moment, no destoben el son dels que no estem acostumats al camp. Espai per aparcar el cotxe dons el recinte de la finca. A 5 minuts de qualsevol servei del poble de Son Macià o de Manacor. En resum, excel·lent l′espai, la casa i els hostes, amb una comunicació molt fàcil i molta predisposició a resoldre qualsevol qüestió per part del propietari. La recomanen 100 % i nosaltres hi tornarem, sens dubte. Tot és positiu, amb un però, hi ha molts gats a la finca, a tenir en compte per a les persones amb al·lèrgia.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Wir haben jeden Tag frische Eier von den Hühnern bekommem, und durften uns an allen Früchten und Kräutern bedienen die vorhanden waren. Der Hausbesitzer war sehr freundlich und hat uns stets Tipps gegeben wo wir hin fahren koennen und was sehenswert ist. Der Pool war angenehm warm mit separatem WC und Kühlschrank. Das Gelände und das Haus waren sehr gut gepflegt!

Beautiful property, superbly equipped. It has absolutely everything you need so you only need to pack your clothes. Even toys for the kids! Wonderful swimming pool and terrace at the back, with BBQ. The only thing that could be better is the location. Portocolom is not very child friendly, so we drove by car to other resorts such as Cala D’or (15mins drive) to eat out. Apart from that everything was fantastic and this was the perfect family haven for a special holiday.

A wonderful stay for a week. Property has loads for kids, with toys, trampoline, play park. The pool is a nice size and safely gated. 10 mins drive to outskirts of Manacor to supermarkets. Only downside would be no A/C, so a heavy reliance on fans to cool the rooms, especially at night.

perfekte ruhige Lage, 10m zum See, 200m zum Meer, 350m zum Supermarkt! Das Reihenhaus und der Pool waren in einem sehr guten Zustand und auch sehr modern eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich war sehr schick! Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen, allerdings nicht für die Sommerpreise.

We stayed in that Villa 15 days. It has contemporary design. I loved how architect designed the house and the garden. The colours and choice of the furniture was great. Villa was also very clean. The swimming pool was great. The beach is only 2 minutes walk from the house. Definitely staying in that villa made our holiday very enjoyable and unforgettable. If you are planning to visit Mallorca I Highly recommend that villa.

Holà! Das Appartement lebt definition durch die exklusive Lage am Strand! Wir waren in der oberen Etage mit traumhafter Aussicht von der geräumigen und gut ausgestatteten Terrasse. Das Appartement hat alles, was man braucht. Mitbringen sollte man Seife, Duschgel und Spülmittel. Handtücher waren sehr großzügig vorhanden. Die Betten sind schlicht, die Schlafräume nicht sehr geräumig, aber ausreichend. Im Garten gibt es eine Dusche, da kann man den Sand vom Strand abspülen. Wir können den Aufenthalt empfehlen und werden gern wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation war übrigens top!!

The location of the place deserves 5 Stars, right on the beach with big private garden and terrace. A supermarket and restaurants are also just a short walk away. The area provides everything you are looking for. We had a rental car and it was easy to travel anywhere on the island. Kitchen is fully equipped and you will find everything you need. Host was of great support and always reachable when we had questions or in need of help. We would come again anytime!!!

The villa is absolutely beautiful, immaculate, stylish and offering excellent amenities. Very quiet location but just a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) to grocery stores and nice restaurants. The pool is superb and the outdoor areas offer a variety (sun, shade) of places to relax. Great communication with charming hosts who are on hand if you need them but leave you in peace. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Fantastic 10 nights at Villa Lago 2. Villa’s are very modern and clean, gardens feel private with good screening from neighbours, pool great size for two active boys! Location is 100m from south end of alcudia beach, lovely safe beach. Easy access to Alcudia port (20 min walk) or taxis to Alcudia old town and Pollença. Supermarket less than a 5 min walk, plus nice small organic Shop next to it - great bread/croissants!

We stayed there for a week at the end of december with friends. We enjoyed the rural location as it was very calm and we had no neighboor. The weather was also enjoyable as we were able to swim in the pool sometimes and play tennis. The pictures of the house reflect the reality and it is perfect for a big group. It is also well equipped, feels like you are at the hotel with a rural charm. Svetlana and Theresa warmly welcomed us at the villa. They were very thoughtful and reactive. We totally recommand this villa !

★★★★★Хочу рассказать о своём отдыхе на Майорке. У меня большая семья и отдыхать мы любим разнопланово. Выбирали из разных испанских провинций курортные города, но все- таки остановились на Балеарском острове Майорка. О Светлане узнала от своих близких знакомых, отдыхом которых она занималась не первый год подряд. Очень быстро выбрали жилье, приобрели билеты, и вот мы прилетели. Встречала нас доброжелательная, симпатичная женщина, которая по дороге красочно описывала достопримечательности. От Пальмы до Алькудии домчала на комфортабельном автобусе. Заселил нас Владимир. Он ответил все наши вопросы и дал ценную рекомендацию обратиться за авто к Светлане, а не к местным рентадавцем. Жилье нам досталось отличное! Мы были первые после ремонта. Сказать что море в Алкудии теплое, ничего не сказать! Но очень теплое. В нем можно находиться часами. У берега мелко и можно лежать, сидеть, играть с детьми с этой чистой воде. Выходить и греться не нужно. Три часа с утра и столько же вечером. Это была беспрерывная, ежедневная водная процедура, которая в целом благоприятно повлияла на здоровье и красоту всех членов семьи. Вдоль береговой линии тянулась сосновая роща , где при желании можно спрятаться от солнца и жары, а так же подышать смесью эфирных масел от горячей смолы и моря. Желание было, гуляли постоянно. Попадались в море медузы, но на глубине. Если плывешь в очках, можно ее увидеть о обойти стороной. Не страшно. Магазинов продуктовых очень много. Ассортимент хороший. Цены на любой кошелек. В ресторан ходили разных населённых пунктах. Готовят хорошо, но мне показалось, что персонал не очень гостеприимный, особенно в старой Алькудии. Могли отказать в столике. В Пальме такого не было. У меня сложилось впечатление, что на Майорке витает дух благоприятных условий для бизнеса. Брали велосипеды на прокат. Майорка создала рай для велосипедистов (выделенная дорога, пропускают водители). Арендовать машину помогла Светлана и действительно цена была в 2 раза ниже чем на набережной нам предлагали. Вообще Светлана, очень отзывчивая и ответственная. Кроме того, она на сайте изложила подробные советы по шопингу. Воспользуйтесь ими! На Майорке можно прибрести прекрасные товары и вернуть такс фри в аэропорту. Для православных отмечу, что в Пальме есть храм РПЦ и батюшка русскоязычный есть. Мы открыли для себя Майорку , но конца не исследовали! Хочется вернуться снова. Отпуск прошел великолепно))) Хочется сказать огромное спасибо Светлане и ее команде (Ларисе, которая нас встретила, ответила на интересующие нас вопросы) за найденные нам апартаменты на кала Миллор. Дело в том, что одна из существенных составляющих хорошо проведенного отпуска является жилье. Мы обычно начинаем его искать за 6-8 месяцев до дат отпуска, потому что есть много различных вариантов и можно выбирать. Так вот я в ноябре-декабре после покупки билетов начала искать жилье и на booking.com и на airbnb, вариантов много, а подобрать по своим условиям не получалось, что-то не устраивало. Случайно наткнулась на сайт svetlanamallorca.com, увидела, что есть возможность подбора жилья на Майорке, оставила там свои данные. Светлана отвечала быстро, предлагала различные варианты на наши даты, и один из них нам очень понравился - это апартаменты в кала Миллор. Чистые светлые со всем необходимым для долгого проживания, огромная терраса. Вообщем мы очень остались довольны, отдых наш прошел великолепно, огромный план, что посмотреть и куда съездить на Майорке, составленный заранее мы конечно не выполнили, не все посмотрели. Cветлана, спасибо вам большое за подбор апартаментов и организацию трансфера и вообще организацию нашего отдыха. Всем остались довольны. Очень ценим вашу помощь и внимание на месте. Иногда, даже по пустяковым вопросам. Прошлого года мы были на Майорке впервые. Отдыхали 2 месяца с двумя маленькими детьми (11 месяцев и 3,5 года). Поэтому были определенные требования к квартире. Аппартаменты полностью соответствовали описанию и фотографиям. Удачное месторасположение. В этом году собираемся вернуться. Для себя поняли, что Алькудия - это идеальное место для отдыха с маленькими детьми. Экспериментировать и ехать в другое место не хотим. В 2013 году мы всей семьей отдыхали на Майорке в этих апартаментах 10 недель. Семья у нас большая, всех возрастов. Т.е. отдыхали люди разных поколений. Сказать понравилось, значит ничего не сказать. Мы все в восторге. У каждого из нас было ощущение, что мы в РАЮ. Апартаменты большие, светлые, в каждой спальне есть кондиционер. Специально подбирали апартаменты с садиком. Так вот, садик замечательный. В садике в основном и проводили время: загорали, завтракали, обедали, ужинали ( есть большой мангал). Какая на Майорке замечательная рыба, мясо! Пальчики оближешь! Из садика можно было наблюдать как дети плескаются в бассейне. В бассейне есть отделение для детей. Море! Море - волшебное. Пляж песочный от наших апартаментов был очень близко - примерно 300 метров. От нашего пляжа отходит пароходик, который курсирует по различным бухтам. Можно посмотреть на прекрасный остров с моря. Пароходик с прозрачным дном, можно увидеть рыбок. Когда ходили на пляж, заходили в магазинчик ( он как раз по пути), покупали мороженое, водичку или фрукты. Кстати этот магазинчик работает и по выходным дням, тогда как все супермаркеты закрыты. Конечно там мясо, рыбу не купишь. Но все необходимое: бакалея, хлеб, сыры, колбасы, яйца, вода, соки, фрукты, вина и т. д. можно купить в любой день. Много разных ресторанчиков, кафе на пляже. Приезжают разные музыканты, вечером за бокалом вина в ресторане можно послушать музыку. В апартаментах есть все необходимое, для комфортного отдыха. Был интернет, мы с легкостью связывались с нашими родными и близкими из Москвы по скайпу. Есть стиральная машина, посудомойка. Так что нам женщинам было легко. По утрам делали свежевыжитые соки. Кофемашина варила ароматный кофе. Возле наших апартаментов был отель, где каждый вечер была развлекательная программа. Дети бегали на танцы. Мы очень много ездили на экскурсии. Огромная благодарность Олегу, который в любое время, по нашему желанию мог свозить нас в любое место. За время нашего пребывания, мы объездили наверное весь остров. Столько впечатлений! Мы были даже в тех местах, куда экскурсии не водят. Остров конечно же очень живописный! Природа, воздух, доброжелательные люди! Майорка славится своим жемчугом. Мы ездили на фабрику жемчуга и купили эту красоту. Очень удобно, фабрика присылает машину абсолютно бесплатно, независимо купим что-либо у них или нет, отвезут обратно тоже бесплатно. Конечно, очень хочется поблагодарить компанию, которая организовала нам этот РАЙ. Очень доброжелательные, душевные люди. Мы чувствовали их заботу. В любое время дня и ночи можно было с ними связаться. Трансфер, экскурсии - все четко организовано по оговоренному времени. По приезду в апартаменты, нас ждал приветственный набор - не просто фрукты и вино, но и соки, молоко, хлеб, сыры, колбасы и много всяких вкусностей. Так что в магазин или ресторан можно сразу не бежать. А спокойно передохнуть после перелета. Низкий вам поклон за теплый прием. За легкую, добрую, светлую атмосферу. Майорка всегда останется в нашей памяти.

Долго решали с семьей куда поехать отдохнуть и вдруг, я случайно наткнулся в интернете на сайт Svetlana Mallorca, заинтересовало название, и решил написать заявку на аренду одного из апартаментов. В течении часа я получил подробный ответ с предложениями. Это меня еще больше заинтересовало. Я задал несколько вопросов в следующем письме и долго не пришлось ждать. Буквально через несколько минут я получил четкие ответы на все интересующие меня вопросы. Мы забронировали апартамент, у уже прилетев в аэропорт мы почувствовали, что мы не будем одни. Нас встретил русскоязычный мужчина, привез в апартамент, все показал и объяснил. На следующий дней нам позвонили, спросили как мы устроились, и есть ли какие нибудь вопросы. И правда, вопросов не было, так как все было на уровне, апартамент полностью соответствовал тому что мы видели на фотографиях. и что больше удивило: нас ждал приветственный комплемент, но я бы сказал, полный холодильник…. там мы нашли и фрукты, и хлеб, и нарезку, и сыр, и помидоры, масло, молоко, какао для деток и йогурты….. Нам было приятно, потому что с аэропорта, сами знаете…. и нам не пришлось сразу бежать в поисках пищи для нас и детей. У нас был номер телефона, куда мы могли звонить и решать любые вопросы, даже звонили по пустякам, сидя в ресторане…..перевести меню или поговорить с официантом. Нам всегда ответили и помогли решить проблему. Майорка очень понравилась. Мы отдыхали в Порто Колом на юго-востоке острова. Хороший, большой и очень красивый залив, спокойный качественный отдых. Пляж песок, лазурное чистое и теплое море. Спасибо Светлане и ее компании за такой незабываемый отдых. Мы обязательно вернемся!!! СПАСИБО ВАМ!

Майорка-действительно, рай на земле. Прошлым летом отдыхала там со своим другом, и благодаря Светлане, и её сайту, действительно чувствовала себя как дома. Забыла совсем о преграде незнания языка. Даже в ресторане на ужине, позвонила Светлане, и она помогла выбрать ужин и чувствовать себя комфортно. Море как село, множество разных пляжей, и много разных развлечений для любителей разнообразного отдыха! :)Встретили нас, объяснили, помогли во всем. Даже машину в аренду сняли, так как мы хотели посмотреть и другие пляжи. Ощущения были, как будто мы побывали зразу в разных странах! :) Если вы хотите качественно отдохнуть, то обращайтесь.
